We arrived very late but the directions to locate the B&B were spot on. Thank you for providing us with a taxi number and leaving the key in the room! The little room was very charming and the bed was comfortable. The very steep staircase was difficult to climb so we left our suitcases downstairs by the front door and just brought whatever we needed to the room...it was only one night. The staff left a nice breakfast for us in the morning so we just helped ourselves. All in all, a short but pleasant stay!

Elena and Mario were exceptional hosts. Very patient with me practicing Italian. Mario helped with getting my suitcase up and down the steps and stairs. Even gave me ride in his car so I wouldn’t have to manage suitcase in the rain. Nice view of lake. Early check in allowed. Delicious breakfast with meats, eggs, cheeses and pastries.

The property is inside a lovely house with a personal rooms decorated with lovely design making me comfortable after a long journey. I felt I went to home and provided with all necessities I needed for travel. The B&B was close to train station and easy to find. It took me 5-10 minutes to reach the station and all recommended restaurants and bar, plus access to lake como.

As we stayed in winter, we didn't expect to find so many restaurants closed in the evening. Fortunately we found one opened 30 minutes away driving. Quiet small town, good to relax or trekking. After we explored the area other cities around were also interesting and some prettier. Dervio is good to stay and relax while visiting other cities around the lake Como.

Very nice and quiet apartment! Perfect place to discover the Como lake. Perfect hospitality and very nice and clean apartment. In the front of the house the Italian traditional shop with the very good Italian food. The apartment is high recommendable !!!! Thank you

Many people go to Como town to see the Como lake. But in Dervio you can find much more magnificent view on the lake and the mountains. You can also experience some water activity and enjoy the nature without so many tourists

Very pleasant village on the eastern side of lake Como.
Very pleasant village on the eastern side of lake Como. Nice walk along the lake. Perfect location to explore the neighbourhood. Beautiful Varenna is only 10 minutes drive down the lake.
The ferry from there will take you in 15 minutes to Bellagio and other side of the lake.
Up north, walking distance to gorgeous medieval town Corenno Plinio.

A beautiful small town with great facilities including lakefront play areas for children, supermarkets and restaurants, and boat and train services. The town is surrounded by stunning mountains with great walking trails.
The apartment is very comfortable, there is more light than in the pictures. Completely equipped, mush more than the basics. The building is situated in beautiful natural surroundings. Convenient and secure parking.
The hostess was very informative and helpful.
You need a car even to the town center, because there are no sidewalks, but otherwise the location is very convenient, close to the beautiful Varenna where the ferry can take you to the pictoresque Bellagio and Menaggio. There are walking trails in Colico and Dervio nearby.
Highly recommend Villa Mari! It was extremely comfortable and well equipped with stunning views from the terraces and garden. Host Luca couldn't have been more helpful. Dervio itself is a lovely little village with several shops and restaurants within walking distance, a train station 10 minutes walk from the villa, and a ferry terminal from which you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and Mennagio within an hour or so. There are more ferries from Bellano and Varenna, both of which are a short train ride away. We had a wonderful time!
Literally next to Dervio station, you could not be any closer which means great access to varenna.
The apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. It had all amenities you could possibly need and self check in was easy and hassle free.
It's a short walk to 2 markets for all groceries if you need that and a 10 minute walk to the main water front of Dervio. This would offer exceptional value for a group of 4 or more.
The property was in a beautiful location, very accessible to all the main attractions in Lake como. The host Stefano was extremely helpful with giving directions, advice on where to go and eat. He was very accommodating and even made some calls in Italian on our behalf for booking different activities. When we arrived we entered a pristine and well equipped apartment, Stefano also left us some Prosecco.

The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. It has been recently refurbished and it keeps tracks of the past use of the building as a ice house (giazzera).
The hosts are absolutely lovely and happy to give suggestions of places to visit nearby.

The apartment was exactly like the photos. We were two couples and our stay was very comfortable as there were two rooms that could satisfy all of us. The kitchen was perfect for dining and very spacious. The apartment was clean and kept up to our expectations. Also Dervio was a cute place to stay .
The views and the huge terrace was fantastic. The hosts were friendly and very welcoming. They live near in the larger property. Dervio has Great Lake views but a small residential town, so best to have a car to visit other areas. We loved the quiet and privacy. Modern facilities were really nice.

The host was extremely helpful with check in, as we were very late to arrive. He even offered us some late night snacks. The place is 25 minutes walk to dervio station. Quiet and relaxing place on the hill in front of lake como and opposite La taverna restaurant.
Amazing location and value for money in the peaceful town of Dervio. The location is less than a 5 minute walk from the train station and you can easily explore the more touristy places from here (train journey to Varenna is only 10 minutes).

Nice property, great hosts they helped us to get there cause we didn’t have a car, if you don’t know Lago di Cómo you should know that is huge and it’s basic to have a car.
