If you don’t like the Disneyland types of Italian cities like Cefalù, you can go just two stops further to Castel di Tusa. The accommodation is a great value for money, 5 minutes from a lovely small beach. The apartment is nicely furnished with everything you need for a longer stay. The terrace is spacious with a nice view of sunset over the sea.
