It is very atmospheric house with a warm family atmosphere! books, flowers, garden...I had the feeling that I was visiting my old friends. Excellent location, everything is at hand: shop, cafe, train station. On Morena's advice, I went to Feltre .. It is a small mountain town. a very beautiful place. Next time, I will happily stay here to continue my trip around the area). Place is perfect for me, Grazie .

The family is great, super helpful, and polite. They are amazing people, helped me a lot! Breakfast was very good. They produce really good products in their facilities and some are freshly served. Reccomend!!!

I would highly recommend this accommodation. We had two bed apartments and it was fantastic, so clean and comfortable and house keeping came each day. The staff were amazing nothing was too much. They gave us so much info and recommendations. We had a what's app number for the two girls on reception and could message them at any time. They arranged airport transfers also. The accommodation is so central you could not get better. Also it is only about 30 mins train ride to Venice and only €4 for the train. Trains a very frequent so I think it is a much better and more affordable option to staying in Venice. 5 stars for staff, accomodation and location 👌

Breakfast was amazing! Everything was so tasty! Lots of options. The rooms were clean and big. The location is the best side of this hotel. It is near the airport and also the city centre. Just 5 mins by car to each. The reception was very helpful. They even gave a little gift to my kid. Highly recommended!

Value for money- you get what you paid for. Comfy bed. Very clean room. As it was 8 degrees outside and raining the room had extra warm blankets. Had a variety of breakfast buffet. The bus stop (line 8E) to Venice is literally in front of the hotel (on the side of the main road). Close by there's a restaurant Pino's which has a very good, homey and affordable selection of dishes. Another restaurant which is next to the hotel (Restaurant Magnolia) is a very good seafood restaurant.
