The staff is very helpful and always in the most positive attitude. The location is in a brief walk distance from the historical center. We took the “robin” room, top floor roof room. Modern design, clean, extra blankets available if needed, warm enough. Breakfast was good, fresh and good quality food. Nice staff. We arrived quite late and hotel gave us good instruction prior our arrival about entry codes, keys etc.
