The hilltop town of collemancio is stunning, and the property is in a beautiful location. It was extremely clean and everything worked perfectly. Its a 25 min drive from assisi, montefalco & bevagna. If you have a car and are looking for some beauty and tranquility, I would highly recommend.

We were accommodated in a clean, bright and new apartment on ground floor which was nice and simply furnished. Bed was very comfortable for us. We adored the courtyard with lovely view on Cannara which could be used for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Also, owner is very talkative and gave us precious information how to get around, what to see and explained a bit of local history.

It was a very last minute booking because I didn’t realized our other booking had declined the reservation until we got there, after dark. The lady who checked us in saw it right away and drove in from her house to open the hotel for us, and she gave us an upgrade to a bigger room with a balcony, and helped carry our bags up. The room was clean and comfortable and the view was incredible.

Wonderful place in countryside but only 10 min walk to Canarra town. Very comfortable room with private verandah. Beautifully styled and decorated. Hostess is very friendly and takes great care of guests. Breakfast is top notch! Pool is an oasis with plenty of umbrellas and loungers for guests. Highly recommended for a base to visit Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Spello.

Location was great and the owner was always there when we needed anything. The breakfasts were perfect and the scenery was beautiful.
I would recommend Poggio La Grognola to anyone that wanted a B&B in that region.
We loved the place...very calm and with a wonderful view of the Assis's montains. The staff was very friendly and there was a lot of green areas for kids and pets to play. Included breakfast was really good as well!
Michele and Miguel are a delightful couple, leaving Milan to raise their family near Assisi. Modern rooms, designed for families. Breakfast was all homemade pastries/cakes and farm fresh eggs.
