Rosanna was a wonderful hostess and she had equipped the place in a wonderful way. We had everything we needed, and she took extra care to let a friend with a sore shoulder in well before the official time. The house is right on the main street of the old town but still very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay!
This is a really cute little place in the heart of Campagnano di Roma. It’s conveniently right on the via Francigena. It has a well stocked kitchen, coffee olive oil butter sugar and other goods. Our only complaint was that the bed is really small. We’re both average sized and made it work but if you’re in anyway considered large it may be too small for you
This hotel is steeped in history and take time during your stay to check it out. The hotel grounds and swimming pool are really well maintained. The meals were super and a final word for the hotel manager who attended to us in such a professional and friendly manner together with his team. He could give lessons in customer service.
We liked everything about this villa. Beautiful, comfortable rooms, 3 bathrooms, parking place, conditioners. Nice view. Just a wonderful aura of this house. Perfect pool. It exceeded all our expectations. I hope we will come back here! Special thanks to Rio beeing such a friend for our kids! They miss you already.

When you come at the gate, you doubt "Is this my hotel?" But when behind, you have enterred a little paradise with nice people and simple but good facilities.
The hotel was on the Via Francigena so perfect for walkers. Although basic, our room was comfortable. I was waiting for a lift after normal check out time and the staff were brilliant. they let me stay in my room and clean my room last.
Nice comfortable rooms, very clean and good shower area. Very important: an excellant reataurant located in the hotel ! This is likely the best hotel in town and certainly a good place to stay and maybe the best place to eat in town.
