The location is not on the beach as it is seen on your web site. There is no beach near the room where you can swim. The surrounding is very uncleane and poor.
They don’t have their own breakfast. We got a voucher gor a small restaurant. There we got just coffee and croisant.

I stayed in Syd's house for one month and had a wonderful time in this lovely place! It really feels like home, first of all because the owners are the kindest ever and make a lot of effort to make me feel welcome in the house and in Bagheria, to make sure i got everything i need and above all they teach me about the Sicilian food and culture. Second the house is very cozy, I especially like the two parts, in the back part there is a nice relaxed vibe to get rest and the front part is next to the street to enjoy some city vibes.
If you are looking for a comfortable and calm stay, this villa is perfect. It is easy to get to Palermo and Cefalu from the Bagheria station. Close to the beach in Aspra. The apartment were super clean and we really liked the terrace on the second floor. There is also a supermarket nearby. The staff was nice and helpful.
This cute little property was perfect for us, I wish we could have stayed longer. Great location, lovely little terrace overlooking a busy and interesting little square. great cooker and shower. comfortable bed. Very Sicilian.
The host was so freindly and available, the house contains all appliances that you would need and the location is strategic ( 20 mns) in car to palermo 40 mn to Cefalu.
