Lovely room with lots of space. Attached to a great restaurant which offered a great discount for guest. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Sicily, especially if they are arriving by ferry and looking for somewhere to stay on the first night.

We were welcomed by the hosts with helpfulness, kindness and flexibility. The B&B is in a very nice location, within a housing complex very well curated and safe. Parking was also available very close to the B&B. The room was clean, well organised, and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The overall place was quiet and perfect to rest!
The breakfast was perfect, with everything from sweet to savoury!
We would definitely recommend this place and we would come back!

The town itself isn’t great but it’s the country that takes your breath away. Just a good location to start from and as long as you hire a car you get to see everywhere as we did. Cefalù Taormina Agrigento Palermo etc...
What a treat, to stay in the actual train station - we could see (and hear) the trains from our room (ask to be on the other side if this will bother you - we loved it (sad I know)). Owner is friendly and super-helpful. Breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfy and the whole vibe of the place was wonderful. Ideal if you have a car but don't want to drive into Palermo - you can get the train, they are cheap and frequent. Lots of free parking outside and many good restaurants to choose from too.
Very friendly and welcoming staff, we arrived in Bagheria early and staff explained perfectly how to visit Palermo without the hustle of driving and parking at the center. Close to the train station where we left our car safely. Very clean and comfortable place, excellent secure parking and good breakfast. Good Wifi in all areas and spacious rooms. Nice large swimming pool and close to Aspra where you can find a good choice of restaurants and cafeterias. Certainly will go again if we visit the area.
Its very like classic USA motels on the road, with large room, comfortable bed and shower, clean, well managed, yet without much view. Secured parking is available on the back yard, yet may be tricky to drive out through narrow passage for some large SUVs, but its just a matter of carefull patience. Railroad station is just few mins walk, and in 15 min You will be at Central Station of Palermo. Good restaraunt is just behind the corner, sone shops and bars are available nearby the station.
We liked everything, the apartment was amazing, super clean, comftorable and the view is stunning. Our host contacted us a few hours before we arrived in Aspra (close to Palermo) and came meet us. Then he showed us around the apartment, which was very well equipped. He was very frendly and welcoming, he even provided us a list of popular restaurants and beaches that are nearby. We recomend this place 100%
It is a little complex closed to the outside with an interior patio and the rooms that surround it. It is merely a 5 minutes work to the train station to go to Palermo and also close to a supermarket, but in a very quiet street. There is parking inside the complex. It is simple, but exactly what we needed. Room was spacious.
Apartment is located in centrum of Bagheria, there are many restaurants and pubs. We had amaizing tarace and view. Host is very open, helpful, gave us many tips and directions how to send good time 🙂 We definitly recomend this place and when we come bsck to Sicilia and Bagheria we would chose this Villa.
The owners are wonderful people, very welcoming and flexible. The apartment has a good location, close to a supermarket and the beach, as well as the many local restaurants and cafes, but was very quiet at night. The bed is super comfortable!
Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Aspra!

New decorated, fully equipped apartment in the centre of Bagheria, nearby Villa Palagonia. Delicious breakfasts in a coffee bar just a few steps from the door. Extraordinarily helpful and friendly host. Check and heck out without any problems. Very good wifi.
Clean room with a lot of space and effficient A/C. Breakfast was fantastic and the pool encourages to use it;) the owner and his mum are extremely nice people. Once in Sicily again, i will definetely stay there again.
