Stunning, picturesque location; green & rolling countryside, surrounded by mountains. Just a few minutes from the local town, with everything you might need but also approx 15 minutes drive to the beautiful Costa Smeralda. Excellent service. A very special place.

Great bed and a large pool. Also the location was outside the in the county just as we wanted it to be. You need a car a try to get room 114 for the best view.

A lovely peacefull hillside location. true tranquility. Giovanni and Lamberto are great hosts .
We booked a delux double room which was very clean and comfortable if on the small side .
Would have been great to have access to hot drinks ( tea or coffee machine ) early morning and evening as there is no communal area .
The vue fron our room was fab .
Our breakfast each morning was excellent especially the local Riccotta Cheese, Honey and filled rolls .
Did not use the swinming pool due to the cooler weather past few days.
Our only real criticism is the condition of the 2.5km access dirt track Thisn is NOT suitable for a normal family car. best tackled in a 4x4 or similar.
This track in my opinion ( steep in parts ) is dangerous especially in the evening and especially if raining or wet.
its very rutted and narrow difficult to pass.
The tricky access should be made clearer in the description of property facilities .
Still a great place as a base to visit archeological sites if you enjoy peacfull rural location

I had a wonderful stay at this home, which boasts a beautiful and serene garden—perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The house itself was exceptionally clean and quiet, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The landlords were incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their level of hospitality was on par with what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
Additionally, the location was conveniently accessible by public bus, with only a few stops to Palau, where you can explore many stunning beaches.

Giants Tombs and other archelogical site in the nearby area...
Giants Tombs and other archelogical site in the nearby area of Tenuta Pilastru are very interesting. Only 20 minutes drive to the Costa Smeralada, the worldwide renound resort, with amazing white sand's beaches and spectacular views, as well as Porto Cervo Village and its Marina, together with high-end shopping opportunities. Arzachena is a honest pleasent village, but with nothing really special to see...

Arzachena is a wider area plus name of nearby town.
Arzachena is a wider area plus name of nearby town. We stayed in Cannigione which is the main coastal town of the area. It is our favourite town in Sardinia now our kids are teenagers. They can use the town's beach and head off to bars and shops on their own. Lots of choice of restaurants and the town is really on the up since the investment in the new Marina. With the big boats came investment and there are new restaurants and hotels popping up. All budgets are catered for. You can get lunch for 5 euros or pay 100 euros a head if you wish. The beach is small and right in the town. There are much nicer beaches nearby but having it there is such a bonus if you don't want to travel or just want a quick swim. The sea is clear and not affected by the boats nearby.

Aldo the cocktail barman made exquisite cocktails and mocktails (which our daughter enjoyed). The Caipirinha was my favourite. The food for lunch and dinner was good. The carbonara was our lunch favourite and the grouper fish for dinner with gazpacho was lovely. Everyone should visit San Pantaleo in the evening. Hotel were excellent at accommodating a yacht trip around the Maddalena islands which was a highlight of our stay in the north.
The Tenuta is a beautiful hotel located very conveniently in Arzachena. From there, is it easy to explore the Costa Esmeralda. The environment around the hotel is stunning and the two pools are very nice. It is quiet, the room was very big and we felt very comfortable. The breakfast is nice and we could enjoy it on the terrace. Very good pancakes! The staff helped us book excursions and was kind.
This place is a gem. Beautiful countryside location but only 3 minutes drive to the town of Arzachena. A little bit of France in Sardinia. Breakfast was amazing and French-style and gluten free options on request. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
The spot is simply fantastic. Our hosts - Werner and Karin - were so friendly, kind and supportive. They gave as a lots of recommendations and made our stay wonderful. Breakfast was always tasty (and included vegetables which isn't obvious in Italy!)
