The villa is a very comfortable place to relax. It is situated by itself, with a beautiful view over agricultural landscape, hills, mountains and the sea. We watched both sunset and moonrise from the roof terrace, enjoyed the silence, the outdoor kitchen and not least the pool! It was also surprisingly short way to a really wonderful beach (we used Lido Greg). The owner, Franscesco is very flexible, helpful and welcoming. We also enjoyed a trip to the olive farm of Franscesco Farina, a friend of the owner, who offered a trip and olive oil and wine tasting at his company Essensily nearby Balestrate. The villa was perfect, amazing views of the sea and only a short walk from the beach. The kids loved the pool and the outside kitchen and eating area were perfect for evening meals enjoying the lovely view. Pietro and his family were very welcoming and very helpful if we needed anything.

No tourists. Long sand beach, shallow water, good for kids. The best is that is a good start point to go (day trip) to other beaches and towns. Or just to stay there if you want a calm they at the beach. You need a car to move. The traffic is very hectic and narrow streets.
Location is amazing!! Room is clean. Not the most comfortable bed/pillows. Clean beach! Clean water. Nice pool! Private mostly. Off the beaten path, don't expect city life. Very safe!! Sicily is very safe, low crime. Everyone we met was friendly, warm, communicative, except hotel staff. We traveled near the end of season to avoid over crowding and the weather/beach was perfect in beginning September! We wanted to relax on a gorgeous beach and sightsee, not be overwhelmed by heat or tourism. Goal accomplished.
The first line, 1 min to beach, two big room, kitchen / leaving room, place with chairs in front of apartment, area with external shown from other side, private free parking on the area of hotel in front of apartment. A lot of small things in the room - everything that you need for live (like cloth for cleaning, tablets for dishwasher and etc.).
The personnel is extremely helpful, kind and supporting with real care. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh and super-tasty, I loved the croissant with pistachio mouse - be sure to try it. You can enjoy the breakfast in the shadows of garden with beautiful view of the bay and Castellammare del Golfo. I'd be happy to visit this place again!

The view from our room was excellent. The breakfast included alot of fresh and tasty fruit. The host was very kind and helpful. Would recommend to stay a few days, if you are travelling through this area of Sicily.
Spaciuos, next to the beach if it is important for you, good balcony, all facilities for stay were present. In the middle between Palermo and Trapani which makes it great for visiting all around.
Cool apartment, clean and plenty of space. We used it to explore the north West of Sicily, and it was perfect for that. Easy to reach Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo , Trapani and Segesta.
Good location. There are many small towns nearby (Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo, Alcamo). Good service, nice neighbors, comfortable kitchen, nicely furnished apartment.
