Loved it. No TV, and I didn’t miss it. Just look at the amazing view from all the windows: mountains, glaciers, green fields, birds and horses. It was just perfect.

The road to the accommodation is a long gravel road, but it is easy to drive.
The accommodation was fine. We had a spacious room with excellent beds, a bench and excellent WiFi. It was easy to check in because the names are on the doors and the key is in the lock.
There are 2 shared bathrooms, enough for the number of rooms there are.
The shared kitchen is fully equipped and you can sit there very comfortably with a view of the beautiful surroundings.

The cabin was ok, but could have some enhancements. Breakfast had all the basics needed. In a very quiet place, around 10 min away from the nearest place.

The sound from adjacent rooms is quite audible due to the house's age and poor acoustics.

If you want to really see Iceland stay on a farm. This one was great. Guests stay in an old farmhouse. The owners make themselves available to answer questions. There was a communal kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. Very helpful since we were traveling on a budget.
