Toilet was in deplorable dirty state, no drinking water, no hot water kettle, no drinking glasses, no sitting chairs, very dirty and torn pillows, room fan was filthy with accumulated dust, only 1 towel supplied, no hand towels, no daily soap, no shampoo, drawers and cupboard insides dirty, dustbin dirty, commode dirty, toilet window filthy....overall a hotel not worthy of any appreciation.

The staffs were good and very active but the room is not as shown in the booking page and very very small. Lift is also not working. I must say this is overpriced. Bathroom is also very very small and not worthy.
If yiu are travelling with family, dont book here.
