Had an excellent stay for 2 nights with family. The location was pristine and the lake has a therapeutic effect. It's bit pricey but worth every penny and the staff are so genuine and very helpful. Wish I had stayed for few more days

Nice clean heritage home with road access for car and shops nearby. Beautiful garden and helpful staff. Many houses in kerala dont have road access and this is a big plus if travelling with your own car. Opposite to river and calm road.

No room service, restaurant is far away.
Toilet seat in WCommode is broken.

15 inch steep gap inside room, in between bed and floor area, floor to washroom entry.
My co tourists fell down twice, as couldn't make the steep distance. Horrible & worst experience.
We called Local Police Station over phone to help us.
Dinner was served in the room after 1 hr 45 mins. Order taken at 5pm, dinner was ready at 8:30pm, dinner was served in our room at 9:45pm.
Don't ever think to stay here.
