Guruvayur is an excellent place to visit both in terms of religious purposes and to enjoy scenic beauties of nature .There are many places worth visiting here. The city is pollution free, very helping and well behaved people here to guide visitors from other states, roads are clean and one can feel relaxed here amidst nature after a busy life.

I suggest everyone allowed by temple rules must visit to find solutions for their problems,
There’s bad management of roads, drainage systems (our hotel bathroom rooms have drainage stench even at second floor 😡)
This is happening to a place which should be maintained to the highest level of standards humanely possible!

Guruvayoor Sri Krishna Temple is one of the ancient Hindu Temples of Kerala. A must visit for worship.There are many festivals celebrated there and also daily poojas. The nightly "seeveli" when the deity is paraded on elephants accompanied by Thayambaka (music)is a must see and happens every night around 8.30 to 9 PM and lasts about an hour.
PROPERTY IS NEARLY 1 KM AWAY FROM GURUVAYUR TEMPLE, SO NOT WALKABLE DISTANCE. BUT VERY CLOSE TO MAMMIYUR TEMPLE.
PROPERTY HYGINE IS GOOD
NO WARDROBE IN ROOM, ONLY A METAL STAND KEPT THERE, SO LUGGAGE AND USED CLOTHES HAVE TO KEEP TOGETHER, IT IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
NO RESTURANT AVAILABLE, ONLY THE TERRACE DINING AREA PROVIDED FOOD AT THE TIME OF BREAKFAST.

Very good property where we've been staying since 2015, and recommended to many friends! Location is good and slightly away from the main temple area, BUT thankfully not too far away at all. A few decent small stores to get basic supplies are right below + a good cafe for some modern food is very close by.

Following the bridge's opening, Utsavam Hotel Apartment's location became convenient for devotees visiting Guruvayur temple. The hotel is only 500 meters away from the temple.The staff was very courteous and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was a peaceful and safe place, making it ideal for families.

The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a large family (3 members/ room). It's actually an apartment converted to a hotel. Good views and surroundings. Highly recommended
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel which was close to the temple. The staffs were very polite and warm welcoming. We enjoyed the swimming pool facility. The room was excellent with good ambience and facilities
