The hotel took prepayment, and took all the details of when we will be arriving and how we are travelling and confirmed that our AC rooms will be ready. When our train was around 2.5 hours from Patna Saheb station, the hotel called and said they do not have any AC rooms and they will be giving non-AC rooms.
