Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast
This castle was a true dream. The rooms and staff were fabulous. We had so much fun with Shawna and Lucy, their service was perfect and their interaction with us made our stay fun. The food and drinks were great and served with perfection. The castle was clean and made you feel like royalty. I am not sure if it had an elevator but we did not mind the stairs, you are after all in a true century old castle. We would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in a castle.

The castle itself is magnificent.
The castle itself is magnificent. Great Staff … all so friendly and helpful. Wedding Ceremony room was beautifully decorated. Excellent breakfast served with a smile 😊 Had a delicious meal in the library… definitely the most generous pizza I have come across. I could only get through half of it.
There is no lift so it was difficult bringing luggage up three flights of stairs.

It was fun staying in an authentic castle, it was preserved nicely. I wish we had taken time to walk the grounds and experience gardens and trails. We only stayed one night, and the accomodations were nice - but it was definately an "old" facility. The restaurant in the "dungeon" had a lot of character, the food was good but the service was awful.

The hiking trails around the castle were amazing, easy to complete (no steep hills, paths are large and comfortable). The animals live and animate the scenery. The room was great value for money.
The availability of food (good) at the bar was important since we arrived by taxi and didn't want to walk to the village to eat, although it's close by.
The water available to purchase could come in bigger sizes.

we stayed in Kinnity Castle and would highly recommend it for couples looking to get away for some alone time. food and service was excellent and the building was amazing. the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. theres also some nice walks nearby too!
This is an absolutely gorgeous property. The castle is beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, the food was delicious, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here. There are beautiful walks all over the property and lots of old buildings and walls to look at. The energy is very relaxing and peaceful. We loved it. We definitely want to try to get back to this property and have a bit longer stay next time.
Unique experience, something different and alternative! Ideal for a group getaway (especially hen/stag parties) or just a small group get together! Quite and remote, with Kinnitty castle trail loops up the road! We loved every minute of our stay! The pub itself is ideal, on the doorstep of the townhouse/lodges! pizza and pints, just simple & delicious!
Lovely place all around. The hotel itself was great in and of itself, but the surrounding grounds were worth exploring as well. Staff was amazingly friendly and efficient. The Dungeon Bar was a great place to have a drink or dinner, or both. Well worth visiting.
The ambiance, the Grounds, the welcoming reception, the Staff (all of them) Chloe & Conner are stand out employees and this Hotel is very lucky to have them. The food was wonderful too. A beautiful experience. We'd be happy to return.
When you read the reviews and study website you come with high expectations which this place does not meet at all. Not at all nice place. We we left an found another hotel in 50 km distance.
It was fun to stay in a castle. The breakfast room, Lounge and Dungeon Bar were nice areas. We enjoyed the live music in the bar and had a great horse trek with Rachel, who was fabulous!
Loved the castle rooms. We felt like we were staying in a castle rather than a generic hotel. Greart attention to detail throughout the castle. Breakfast was excellent.
Our stay at Kinnitty castle was magical! Staff were so helpful and friendly, food was amazing and the castle and castle grounds were breathtaking! Can’t wait to return.
The castle is beautiful and super fun to stay at! They have kept it mostly original (it seems) which adds a certain charm. Beautiful grounds in the countryside.
