Hillcrest was just excellent in every way from Peggy greeting us at the front door to our beautiful room so clean and comfortable and the amazing view .The bed was so comfortable had a great sleep. Breakfast well I felt like royalty in the beautiful setting with a lovely open fire on , I didn't want to leave . Excellent all around 10/10 . Definitely be back .

Friendly welcome, staff experience was delightful. Beautiful house and surroundings. Pity that the driving range kiosk appears to have been damaged in a storm? Well worth rebuilding it as it is an excellent addition to the estate.

I really liked the comfy beds, the hot shower, the plush furnishings (including cosy blankets which were a nice touch as we are used to them at home!), the coffee machine and chocolate left for us and the TV with many movies to choose from for adults and kids alike. Beautiful quiet secluded country home with a lovely hostess. We were given tea and biscuits upon our arrival, our hostess Peggy even offered to make us sandwiches. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve encountered this trip. The only downside is it’s hard to get here with gps, your best bet is to copy and enter the coordinates. Once you get here it’s well worth the drive!!
