The staff were all very friendly and helpful and an amazing breakfast was included. The location was perfect for visiting Blarney castle the next day.
We had dinner in the restaurant, I would highly recommend that. We also spent the evening in the bar enjoying the live music and fun atmosphere.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very nice. there was a band playing downstairs in the bar and you couldn't hear a thing from the room. I would recommend this hotel and will be coming back.

The host is very warm, friendly, helpful! The owner really takes their effort and time to decorate the house. It makes us feel like we’re staying at the Royal Palace 😊. The breakfast is also very good 👍

Blarney is a wonderful little town. We enjoyed eating at Muskerry Arms Bar and Christy's Bar while we were there. Everything was walkable and felt very safe. We also bought a few items from Blarney Woolen Mills. This store offered the most Irish wool clothing of anywhere we saw throughout our tour of the country.
We also visited Blarney Castle and grounds. The gardens around Blarney Castle are incredible. There is so much more to see here than we expected. Our trip was in March, so we needed to wear a light winter jacket, but that also meant there were no lines for kissing the stone and touring the castle.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. However, facilities were poor with no on-site restaurant after 4pm, reception area small, food only available in the pub next door. Fine for a business trip but not for a holiday, very basic.

It is a fab hotel but there is something going on with the lift. Every time we got into the lift there was a really bad smell. It smelt like sewage . When we were leaving that morning it was really bad. Other than that l had no complaints . Very happy.

The hotel was lovely.
The hotel was lovely. I was there during a very warm spell so opened the window for air. Unfortunately since my room also overlooked the parking lot, there was noise and light pollution. This would not have been a problem though, but for the open windows.

Lots to see here in addition to the castle.
Lots to see here in addition to the castle. There was no wait line to see the stone and I still spent about two hours looking around the castle and grounds. Note there is a considerable climb up a tight, circular, old stone staircase to get to the stone! But you can see most of the castle without climbing.

The Blarney Castle is very pricey but the park is amazing.
The Blarney Castle is very pricey but the park is amazing.
I wouldn't recommend going up the tower just to kiss the stone unless there is no queue.
It's a good place to move to other small towns in the surroundings.
It exceeded expectations, rooms were gorgeous and clean. Staff were kind, accommodating and helpful. The bus that would bring you into cork city was basically right outside the hotel. Breakfast was great and the space where it takes place looks so lovely also. The en-suite bathroom was very good too - especially the shower which was easy to use with regards to temperature adjustments, turning it on and towels were easy to reach in the shower so the floor outside didn’t get wet.
This was by far the best place we stayed on our trip through Ireland. The hosts were extremely nice and hospitable, they recommended an amazing place to eat nearby. The attention to detail in the decoration was incredible and the room was very nice. The breakfast far exceeded expectations and was also probably the best we had on our trip. I highly highly recommend as a place to stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and we got the best sleep here out of anywhere else.
The hotel was within a 2 minute walk to Blarney Castle. The restaurant was superb for evening dining, lots of choices and food was presented well, very tasty and a great selection of breakfast choices. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The room was big, a lovely walk-in shower and the usual amenities. Nothing was a bother to the staff. We got the room for an excellent price for the 3rd week in August. Would highly recommend this hotel!
We stayed in the apartment which was perfect for us, 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen and bath. The owners stocked the kitchen with milk, juice, tea, coffee, yogurts etc for us and delivered warm croissants and cheese puff paste rows and bread in the morning. The accommodations were clean and comfortable after a long day of traveling and the next morning we were minutes from Blarney Castle. Excellent hosts!
The location was excellent. 5 minute drive from the Castle and Blarney Village.
Breakfast was perfect and filled us for the whole day!
Siobhan was the perfect hostess, extremely helpful with regards to places to eat in the evening and genuinely interested in us and our trip.
Will be back there again on our next trip to the area.
Blarney Castle Hotel is a truly wonderful place to stay. The location is so scenic and only 10 minutes on a bus from Cork City Centre. The staff are all really pleasant and the breakfast was extraodinary. Although it looks very old fashioned from the outside, our room was stunning and really modern. Cannot recommend enough
Book early. So the suite of 2 bedrooms came available unexpectadly, so we were lucky. Hotels in cork were 400 for 1 night for one bedroom and we got 2 with à kitchionette. The beds are comfy, it has its own door, parking and the host vicky leàves you alone. Its close to a garage wìth hot food which opens at 6am in blarnèy
The home was clean and quiet, and perfect for what we needed. The property was located in a beautiful neighborhood very close to town and the blarney castle and gardens. I wish we planned to stay longer so we could explore this town a little more.
Very clean and comfortable. I was traveling alone and felt safe. Convenient to town and perfect for being the first to arrive at Blarney Castle and skip the lines. A full hot breakfast is not offered but you can bring your own food and store.
Such a lovely stay in Blarney right next to Blarney castle and short travel from Cork city. Great hosts. Lovely house, easy to find. Plenty of groceries in the kitchen to compose a tasty breakfast from. Definitely recommend.
The location was perfect a very short walk to the Blarney castle and local Blarney Wollen Mills. Rooms were also above the bar which was ideal to have a bite to eat and relaxing and playing darts.
Vibrant, lively pub hotel with very attentive staff
Room was modern, spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee kept topped up…view of village+castle was a lovely bonus
A lively pub in Blarney. The staff were very helpful. The bar area was noisy , which we expected but the bedrooms well sound proofed. Parking was easy. A good breakfast.
