The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and a great size. The host (Elaine) communicated well with us and was very lovely. Elaine was very welcoming and we really enjoyed our visit during breakfast. We enjoyed our breakfast and had a very relaxing stay. The pods had everything you needed. We comfortably fit a family of 2 adults, 3 kids. The bbq outside was perfect for roast marshmallows and the pub next door was great value for money for dinner. The area itself is picturesque and has lovely woodland walks.

The location is fantastic with magnificent views over the rolling green landscape. This is a small castle. It’s charming and stunning at the same time. Loved the morning walk in the pristine surroundings. Old trees, rhododendrons, fields with grazing thoroughbreds. Very homeish feeling. Spacious rooms and real Irish breakfast (perfect fuel for the day’s hike). Wonderful staff, when you need something, otherwise we actually had the place for ourselves which was great. We bought our own drinks and food and could use the facilities in the kitchen and dining room. Don’t miss this gem❣️

Beautiful property and lovely location. Homemade jam and bread left for us which was a lovely touch. The host also gave us great tips where to go and restaurant for dinner.
