The places worth visiting in the village are the Abbey, the unusual Way of the Cross, St. Partick's well and the Corley's pub with a fantastic staff and hearty food. The Moore Hall is an amazing place - it is full of history, a walking loop with wooden sculptures that children loved. The village is a very convenient location to start sightseeing Co. Mayo. There is a good 3-mile running route (loop), too. Staying in the Tranquil Escapes B&B is a must :)
