Delighted i booked the bedford...we arrived late but that was no problem ..the property is so well managed ...the staff are so friendly and helpful ..the room was beautiful and so cosy ...right in the center of everything we were only a short walk from king johns castle..breakfast was really nice great choices on the menu ....will def be back again

Hotel in general is tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and a nice bath waiting for you. Nice touch having a radio playing classic music in the bedroom. Great location by the green well maintained People's Park.

The property was in a great location with views over the Shannon. The room was fabulous and the staff organised us to have a celebration plate and card to mark the reason for our visit, our 30th wedding anniversary. All the staff were extremely friendly and polite.
