The staff was awesome and friendly especially the restaurant "older" staff, the young guys could learn a thing or 2 from them. The pool was extremely clean to the point that it tasted slightly funny. The food and drinks are really really good and affordable. The view of the ocean from the resort was superb. The room was very clean. Beautiful location for diving, snorkeling and just swimming around. Great diving all round.
One of, if not the best standard dive resort in Tulamben. Really enjoyed the stay, if we hadn't payed for our next accommodation we would have extended our stay.

All the staff were friendly and helpful from the time we arrived to being waved goodbye, a lovely family atmosphere. The restaurant and pool area are perfectly situated with amazing views of the water. The food was exceptional and restaurant staff so friendly and helpful. The dive centre had great instructors, very knowledgeable regarding local dives. There are water stations with filtered water to fill your bottles situated around the accommodation area. Will come and stay again. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

Thank God, finally a dry room without mold. I give full points because this accommodation is really worth it. Rooms perfectly clean and tidy. Amazing staff, very helpful, food very good and solid prices. They will arrange transportation for you from anywhere on the island, I really appreciate it and at a good price. Gojek or Grab does not work in this location. When leaving for the ferry, a very willing and cool young man drove us, he stopped for us to take pictures at the rice fields and wherever we wanted, and finally I tasted Durian, thanks :D. You really don't feel like you're being ripped off here. I was happy to leave them here and I don't regret it. Finally, they also have a pleasant diving instructor from the UK. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Our room was in a group of 6 rooms with a beautiful large pool to share surrounded by lovely gardens and palm trees that all looked over the ocean crashing just over the garden wall.
The whole resort property was beautiful, with a very laid back natural beauty Bali vibe.
We ate at the restaurant 3 meals everyday for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The food and cooking was unpretentious healthy comforting.
I had an excellent massage (one of the best in my month long trip around Bali!) and private spa pool with my partner.
The staff are all amazing, friendly and very helpful service throughout our stay was 10/10

Tulamben is a great, quiet place to stay if you like diving. There are a number of diving operators based there. There are a range of restaurants assocated with the diving hotels, and also tasty local Warungs available for the more adventurous. I recommend a 3 night stay to enjoy the diving opportunities here. Tulamben is nestled between the rocky beach and the mountains and is very beautiful.

Go there to dive the Liberty wreck only. The "coral gardens" supposedly off the resort are quite poor, Jemeluk is better. The food at the resort was excellent, but I was so annoyed at being given the wrong villa that I didn't eat there after the first night. This issue with the ocean view villas has happened to others as well- make sure you are given what you have paid for.

Tulamben is a dive resort town.
Tulamben is a dive resort town. You will mostly be interacting with other divers from around the world, dive masters, dive instructors, and dive guides. There are some very friendly and helpful store operators and some delightful restaurants but it has little to interest the general traveller. There is not much reason to come here unless you intend to do some diving or snorkelling on the many underwater attractions. You could also use it as a base from which to climb the volcano Mount Agung which hangs in the background of the town like a Damocles Sword.

Tulamben is a diving mecca with volcanic sand and many different dive sites. I only had one day, but I did three dives. I'll go back for more, as the diving is worth it. The reefs did appear to be very busy, but if you meet the right people, I am sure you'll get away from the crowds. I'd like to see more of what Tulamben has to offer.

Quite location , remote so good hotel is important. Travelled to Amed daily to enjoy view and more range of bars/ restaurants entertainment. Though great to go back to remoteness and quite of Tulamben each evening. Plenty to see on the way back to Kuta such as Virgin Beach

Nice place for divers, snorkelers and swimmers. Very reach marine life. Get in touch with Yury Ivanov affiliated with Matahari dive resort. He is an expert on nudibranch and little creatures which are plentiful in area around property. If you are experienced solo diver staff may let you dive solo even at night. I did six night solo dives there.
This is a bit of a gem in Tulamben. Spacious and comfortable room with open bathroom. Strong and hot shower. Drinking water provided. Good bed. Nice and spacious porch with pool view. Super friendly staff specially Wayan. Only 2 rooms so it’s almost like a private place. If you are diving I’d recommend bringing your gear and try to ask for Saz to be your guide if you like macro. Also, if you like cats they have 3 very friendly ones.
The location was perfect. Just to the side of the main strip of restaurants. So quiet and less traffic. But right next to a indo mart with and atm. And walking to the right as you leave. Several good options of wurang and restaurants. And very close to the dive sites too.
Staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and worked hard to make sure you had the best time diving in Tulemben

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our original room wasn’t available when we got there so we were moved to the Lunar Dive Resort Villas ~5 min drive down the road. We’d chosen the resort because it was so close to a dive shop we’d booked before the hotel, and he staff was extremely accommodating and able to bring us to and from town. Breakfast was good and all the staff were very kind.
The location is fabulous, and the organization also works very well. Direct access to the beach, which is very stoney. Bring swim shoes (recommended) if you are sensitive. The staff is friendly except for the European workers. They are somewhat distanced, which makes it feel weird. Diving there is handled professionally and seems to be in the average pricing on Bali.
I stayed in Palm Springs Bali Dive Resort for 4 days for my birthday and new year trip, Everything was perfect beyond expectations. Friendly service, delicious foods, and beautiful room which was clean and comfortable. I chose Sea view room for this stay, view is breathtaking beauty while wake up in the morning. This is first choice if back to Tulamben diving again.
This is our second time staying here! Its our little piece of Bali paradise. Sublime ocean and volcano views with a great restaurant, probably the best food in Amed.
We learned to dive in this beautiful oasis! Our Padi Open Water course with Nyoman and team was amazing .We felt very relaxed and comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay and diving at Wonder Dive! The room was very spacious and quiet given that there is only one other guest house on the property. I dived with Kadek on the Liberty Shipwreck and Coral Garden - he was very friendly and a great guide. All the staff at Wonder Dive were also friendly and made my stay a real pleasure.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! This is a fantastic place to stay if you want to do some scuba diving. You can plan ahead or you can be like us and roll out of bed and decide what you want to do that day. The team at Matahari were wonderful in making sure we dived the best spots in conditions that were safe.
The rooms are essential, big in size and clean.
They offer dives in Tulamben, mainly at the Liberty wreck, coral garden and drop-off for a good price (350k idr each dive).

The houskeeping staff and the receptionists are very nice.
Actually, Tulamben is really small. No matter where you stay, just walking distance to everywhere. The room is very clean and tidy. There is someone who cleans the room everyday which is out of my expectation. You can take diving courses and have basic food there. Super value for money.

The dive spot is incredible and the beach is connected to the resort. The diving instructors were helpful and supportive. They were flexible with cancelations (I had a stomach issue and couldn't do the last dive) . Rooms are clean.
We got a free room upgrade. The staff was very polite and helpful. The owners were also amazing.
