Gaia-Oasis Abasan Mountain Retreat is one of the most beautiful places I have found in Bali and is most probably one of the last hidden paradises of peace and tranquility on the island.
The vast property lays on a hillside and the buildings are nestled amongst the trees. There is a wonderful scent of Frangipani flowers all over the place. There are different accommodations to choose from, there is a 13-m pool in which extended swimming is possible and the place features Yoga and Meditation halls with stunning views. The main building is the restaurant, where delicious meals are served three times a day and free tea and flavoured water is available all day long.
This place is perfect for people who wish to get away from the mainstream tourism, who love nature and are looking for a way to disconnect from a 24/7 availability. Internet is available in the main building/restaurant.
Everything is very clean and well maintained. What makes the place unique, however, is the people: I met three of the founders and they where very hospitable and made me feel like home far away from home. All members of the staff are very friendly and go to great lengths to make sure their guests are well accommodated.
Thank you Yen, Helen and Mariah for unforgettable moments. Terima Kasih, I will come back.

We stayed at the ALAM ANDA for 4 nights. We had an ocean view bungalow. Our stay was the most relaxing experience. The resort is situated right by the ocean, the perfect scenery to enjoy a good book, a cocktail and delicious food whenever you want it. Their restaurant is open all day and all evening. They will bring you your order wherever you are in the complex. A 5 star service. Needless to say the staff were all super friendly. The resort is kept in superb order. We didn’t go there to dive or snorkel although it looked like the guests that did enjoyed themselves. There is little to do outside of the resort but this did not matter to us as we wanted a chilled and relaxed time.

Liked it all, good food, very nice and chilled staff always there to help with a 😊 smile. Had the place to ourselves. Fish for dinner was fabulous.
Offering an outdoor pool and a tropical garden, the beachfront Villa Selina is located in remote village of Bondalem where guests can snorkel right in front of the property.

It is a relaxing and quiet place.
It is a relaxing and quiet place. I eat at Gaia Oasis, Warung Seni and some locals. My hotel helped me to organise a daily body massage and do some tours around including Singaraja, Air Sanih, Art Zoo that fully recommend. Also, it is a good location for a trip to Mt Batur. Les waterfalls are very close for a short trip. It is a very safe place.

Jay and his small team are the perfect hosts.
Jay and his small team are the perfect hosts. I do not have the words to describe the appreciation I have to be honest.
I'm a seasoned traveler and have been all over the world in many properties with many hosts and Jay and his team are by far the best I have had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did I meet a host, but most likely a life long friend along with Koma (sorry for miss-spelling) for her perfect attentiveness and genuine willingness to ensure your stay is perfect.
Such a gem place, very beautiful little resort and peaceful place to be.
The entire place is thoughtfully designed including the pool area and the front beach area.
The breakfast was very delicious, plenty choices. The diner also was fine, you would expect some fresh fishes as it's a Tejakula is a small fisherman village, but that was fine :)
The stuff very friendly, and helpful.
You have also massage-spa services, which was also good to have, especially when you want to relax !
The property was absolutely stunning, the villas were clean, quiet and spacious. There was things in the area to do if you didn’t want to relax at the pool all day. No matter where you were on the property you always had an amazing view, whether it be from the villa, the restaurant or the pool side. It was always beautiful. The staff were also next level. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They were all easy to talk with and went above and beyond for the guests.
Am amazing place away from everything. The house is really nice and well kept, very spacious with great facilities. The caretaker Gede is very friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely, and the little stony beach nearby is peaceful and relaxing. If you want to just take a few days off from touring Bali and really relax, this is the place to go.
Good location, good design, fairly clean, local staff, restaurant and food could be better for hotel level like this.
Spa is beautiful design, but I got not luck with therapist, she did massage like obligation, I feel not rest after massage. Also, they need to check quality of the oil testers, some of them is rank.
A piece of quiet paradise tucked away on Bali’s north coast, Bali Sandat is completely charming. we loved our visit and just wished we had booked longer. our hostess was delightful and went out of her way to make everything perfect for us. we will go back again!
Peaceful and charming villa. Breakfast with sea view lifts the mood for the whole day. Host has a number of activities to offer including visiting cultural places and parks, diving, snorkeling. North Bali is a place to re-energize away from fast paced life.
Had to come back , the most amazing place i have stayed in Bali.
The nature, the village , the pool, everything is just fantastic.
A absoloute private hidden true jungle experience, love Les Garden,.see you again soon .
We loved it at Felicianas. It is so peaceful and relaxing. The staff are amazing and will help with anything you require. It’s been one of my favourite places to stay in Bali and I’ve been here many times. I just adore it
The couple who helped us were both gracious, friendly and helpful.
The little villas were all private and surrounded by gorgeous shrubs, flowers and trees.
The pool was beautiful with a big Balinese water feature.
The upgraded me to the villas because some parts of the hotel are under restoration. The villa was wonderful I really love it, have my own swimming pool and the food they serve is delicious.
The villa is exactly what i thought Bali would be. It is a peaceful place where you can enjoy the nature. The Spa is great, stuff very friendly, the place is clean and very well organized.
Nice guest house in Tejakula. Stayed there before. Staff very nice. Parking for car. Wifi good. Room very nice. Bed comfortable. Fridge in room. Good aircon. Big bathroom. Good shower.
great place for family vacation, more beautiful than what you see in the pictures. the stuff is helpful and friendly. for sure if I come again to Bali this is my first choice.
Tucked away by the ocean, Alam Mimpi is a wonderful spot. The staff were so friendly and helpful and it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful energy of Bali
