Im only leaving one star not because of the property quality but to help people avoid the situation at hand. The property has lost control over it's connection with Booking.com and Oyo so bookings you make aren't official. We knew this already but showed up anyway hoping that we could get a room because it looked nice. The room had already been given to another guest so we couldn't stay. It's best to avoid booking here and contact the property directly from their number on Google Maps. The actual price they quoted us was 150k per night. The family seem very nice as does the property but we couldn't stay so. If you by chance did book and received the text from Oyo asking to pay please dont pay whatever you do.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. We felt very welcome since our arrival by the very nice staff. Our room was big enough, clean and well equiped. Hot water in the shower. We definitely recommend this place to stay in this city!

Staff were amazing and helped us book a rental car and private boat over to Gili Air. The garden was absolutely stunning. Food was divine!

Large clean rooms. Balcony overlooking the sea, able to check the swell before leaving the room! Two chairs and a table outside on the balcony. Lots of storage and seats inside, large wardrobe, fridge, water,. Large clean bathroom, bigger than our home. Fantastic staff, good food, great pool . Beautiful garden and wood carved furniture. We had booked a surf camp,then went back to Puri Bunga after. Lovely Sasak ladies cooking delicious food on the street outside. It's our home away from home. Staff even provided umbrellas when the rain came.
