We had the most amazing stay at Marta’s windows while we were in Lombok. We stayed for 7 nights with our 10 month old baby. There was a cot set up with everything we needed when we checked in. Pool toys and a sand pit for our little girl to enjoy. She loved it.
There are 7 rooms at the property, great size, clean and comfortable. There is enough room to relax privately or great communal areas to interact with other guests if you like. This accomodation would be suitable for families, couples or singles. We saw all walks of life and it was lovely getting to know other people’s stories.
The location is amazing. 2 min walk to the main street where there are endless options of restaurants and shopping.
It was impressive watching Marta speak German, Spanish, English and Bahasa in the space of 5 mins. She is an excellent host and human.
Marta and her staff go above and beyond for their guests in every way. Marta organised scooter hire, visas and transfer for us. We saw her every morning for a friendly chat and she was always contactable via what’s app. Her staff are friendly and very accommodating. Tony, Ramdam, Jack and Hery always made sure we had everything we needed. Always working hard whether it’s serving breakfast, cleaning our room thoroughly or working behind the bar. We always felt looked after and in the company of good people. It’s amazing how quickly this place felt like home and how sad we were to leave.
We would highly recommend staying here to anyone and cannot wait to come back.

I had an amazing experience at Jati. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotless and very comfy. I loved the beautiful garden view and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, beautiful rooms and peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

Spacious villas set on the mountainside, with spectacular sunsets. Our room was huge with the biggest bathroom we've ever seen. The whole place is brand new (2023). Nice pool and decent breakfast. We ordered room service one night and were pleasantly surprised with excellent Indonesian food. The pool was nice too.

Tanjung aan beach really liked it, nice surfing dropped by boat at the reef. Give the dogs some fresh water they just drink it out of your hands.
Where also in Selong Belanak so this with also nice and something different again.
Nice cooking workshop at nine-nine, good shop with recycling of the sarongs. A lot of presents to take home.
So sad for all the plastic :(

Kuta Lombok is a dense concentration of all the things people love about Indonesia. A mix of bang-on western restaurants and Indonesian food options, some (limited) shopping, great nearby beaches, activities and surfing. Unlike Balinese centres, Kuta Lombok is pared back, less frantic and easy to get around.

Kuta is an exceptional place to visit! Lombok is a beautiful island with so many amazing beaches for surfing and swimming and great dive and scuba spots. You can also learn to kite surf on the local beach!
There are so many great restaurants to choose from - both local and international so you’ll always be discovering new flavours at a very affordable price.
There are high quality and relaxing day spa’s as well as activities for the adventurous like hiking a volcano, trekking to waterfalls or visiting the bay cave.
The locals are so kind and friendly and you’ll feel like you belong on this vibrant island filled with warmth, culture, great food and amazing beaches.

A lovely, luxury and beautiful place to stay with such a friendly helpful staff. Instead of gardenview they upgraded our villa with poolview. The breakfast was a buffet plus something to choose from te menucart.
You will need to rent a scooter to go to the centre, beach or whatever. Just ask a staff member and they will help you.
We were overwhelmed by the property and it’s staff. We definitely come back to this place 😍

We really enjoyed Lombok.
We really enjoyed Lombok. It provides the sun, sea, beaches, hikes, and nature that Bali provides but less crowded and prices are slightly lower then Bali too. It’s a relaxing place and would love to come back again.

The local Kuta Lombok Taxi Mafia makes getting around...
The local Kuta Lombok Taxi Mafia makes getting around extremely difficult unless you can use a scooter. Grab and Gojek are kept out of the area and no taxis display any signage to alert you that they are a taxi. Prices charged are often totally astronomical but you don't have any other option except to walk. We will not visit Kuta Lombok again until the taxi issue is sorted. There are many much nicer places to stay in Indonesia.
There are plenty of good restaurants in Kuta but that's about all.
The beach is really, really, really, really full of rubbish and very unattractive because of it. There is serious rubbish absolutely everywhere.
The best part of our visit was the day trip 30 mins away to Selong Belanak beach which is stunningly beautiful.
My stay was amazing! From the start, I felt warmly welcomed and the place was so peaceful.
The villa was stunning, especially the private pool – I spent lots of relaxing moments there. The decor and furnishings were top-notch.
Breakfast was unique, unlike other hotels in Indonesia. The staff was super helpful and always on the ball.
Can't wait to go back – I totally recommend this place!
Location was the best! Situated on the main street at the heart of a very happening area. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, mini mart and local shops. A 1km walk to the beach. A very quick and easy, welcoming checkin. Reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great breakfast. All hotel staff always happy and smiling. Happy to stay again.
Marta's windows is a little oasis in the middle of Kuta Lombok!! The room is perfect in terms of size, comfort, amenities. The breakfast was good too. But the best part about this place is the staff and service. They are so so friendly and willing to help with just about anything. It was a lovely stay :)
