The hosts were so warm and welcoming! They shared fruits from their garden, snacks and water and they helped me at 5am when my scooter wouldn't start. The nasi goreng was made fresh and to my dietary requirements. They also made enquiries with the ticket office to make sure I could get a ferry ticket and what time I needed to be there. The location is so close to the ferry terminal! The bougenvillea at the entrance is beautiful and you are opposite a big green field. There is a communal table at the front where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air and chat. The hosts were always working, sweeping or tidying the place to make sure it was clean and comfortable. It is budget accommodation so you can't expect perfection but the beautiful family and their kindness was perfection in my eyes.

We arrived at around midnight, and while there was no one at the reception due to the late hour, the hotel had made proper arrangements for us to receive our key and all necessary instructions, which made our check-in process smooth. The rooms were incredibly clean, cozy, and had stunning views of Lombok’s pristine nature. One of the aspects I loved most was how peaceful and serene the atmosphere was. The quiet and tranquil environment, combined with the intimate and cozy room setting, made it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The hotel’s restaurant offered a variety of delicious local dishes that were a highlight of our stay. The freshness of the ingredients and the authentic flavors of Indonesian cuisine made each meal a delightful experience. I also want to extend my special thanks to the hotel staff for their professional and kind behavior. Although no one was present when we first arrived, throughout our stay, the staff promptly and efficiently addressed any needs or requests we had, always ensuring we felt well taken care of. Overall, Sundancer Hotel provided an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable experience.
