I like that the property was opposite the ferry port which made it easy to get to Bali which was where I was heading. It was also not far from the train station where I arrived. The owner or man that worked there was helpful and I contacted him before my trip as I wanted to do an Ijen Tour the night of my arrival. He was responsive and sorted it out for me. The facilities are a little basic but the stay is value for money and I ended up staying a further night there to rest. Overall it was a good place to stay especially if you are travelling on a budget.

Very close to ferry and railway station. Supermarket very close access up alley alongside -had to ask to find as signage poor. VERY CHEAP.

There were no staff at check-in, but instead I pressed a buzzer and a lovely caretaker lady came to take me to my room. The room was very simple but the TV and A/C worked well. There was no hot water, but the area was so hot, that it wasn't needed. I don't really understand the significance of "Syariah", but the hotel seemed the same as any other. Tea and coffee making facilities were outside the room in a little communal area. The ferry crossing is walking distance.

One of the best places I have stayed . It was my birthday and also engaged day when we stayed there and I couldn’t be more happy with everything this amazing hotel has. My partner organise a surprise balloons and a cake and the hotel did the best job at making it all pretty. Next day for breakfast I had the staff coming to my table with another cake singing happy birthday. I’m so happy that we chose to stay here , thank you so much to everyone for helping making my day to be unforgettable. I will 100% come back.
