Place is walking distance from jetty, we could with our luggage. Property is right opposite to beach, rooms are clean and many restaurants and marts close by. Breakfast had good options for vegetarian/vegan. The plus point was they had dive school in the property which helped us with diving for beginners and instructors were good.

The pool, room, breakfast and service was amazing! The hotel was close to the beach, spa’s and nice restaurants.
Both mornings we asked for some extra egg and toast (we eat a lot, not that the normal breakfast wasn’t enough haha) and they didn’t even charge anything for this. They said it was service. Really great! First time so far this happend.

The horses looked so undernourished and i understand it can feel far to walk but please do! So many places to hire bikes from so if dont want to walk can always cycle :) we walked everywhere and it was the best in out opinion cause you could really take everything in!
Great selection of restaurants! They were all lovely, not very culural I know but amazing mexican, indian (i cant remember the name but omg it was on the front strip and had beautiful lanterns and the food was incredible!!)) and lots of pizza places! obviously loads of amazing local food aswell which we enjoyed!
Nightlife was very good also!! fun clubs and bars and the staff are so interactive and friendly
Obviously a bit more expensive than the rest of bali but nothing extreme in comparison to england!! couldn’t recommend more

Cute island with all you need. 50 minutes by bike around the island. During daytime super relaxing with many offers for a massage, scuba diving, trip to lombok, nice walks and lovely beaches. The east side has many bars and restaurants and during the evening you can party here or relax in the sand to live music whilst the south and west side is more calm. Lovely island. We stayed one week and that was perfect.

On this island, it is best to stay cheaply in the middle of the island in affordable accommodation. Rent a bike and cycle around the island. Along the way, you can stop anywhere, enjoy any beach or sunbeds of any resort. They will gladly serve you drinks or food anywhere. Some beaches are nicer, some less so, somewhere in the sea you will meet a turtle. All you have to do is look where there are more snorkels, then everyone is watching the turtle there. Or notice where the boats that take tourists for diving go, there are coral reefs and lots of fish. The natives know.

Water at the beach I went to was very nice warm and comfortable and clear, very little rubbish noted which is a blessing for our environment.

After living in Indonesia for roughly 5 years it was our first time in Gili T. We absolutely loved the Island. The color of the sea water is impressive and the fact we can swim with the turtles so easily is mind blowing.
The only down side is that they use horse's carriages to transport everything - from tourists to very heavy construction material - such as bricks and sand.
We were very touched with the way they treat the horses, they seemed thirsty and malnourished . We tried our best to avoid using them. I wish someone would do something regarding this issue.
A very unique stay in midst of the very beautiful Gili Trawangan island. Jawa island room was exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved the private pool and the sit out area .The room was clean and the staff extremely pleasant. Ben was friendly to talk to and provided us lot of info about getting about the island and also diving details. Tonton was very helpful and took care of any of our requests. My husband ordered a cake here for my bday as a surprise and the hotel staff made it special.

It's a pirates of Caribbean themed hostel. Such a artistic hostel in each and everything. A old man and his assistant satiya takes care of this property. Air conditioned and comfortable rooms. A decent breakfast.small kitchen is there, you can cook yourself. Hostel is tn the centre of island. Will get a good sleep at night. Walkable distance to sunset point, turtle point,night market. Opposite to hostel small hotel is there, where you will some delicious look good for just 10000 idr.
This resort is so beautiful with gorgeous villas and own swimming pool. The villa design is so modern and gentle using a lot of wood which makes a guest feel like home. The mistral restaurant offers super nice food including breakfast and drinks. One of many best things about this hotel are the people working there, everyone is so helpful and smiling. I highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel was located in quite and secluded place in Gili Trawangan. As I expected it was far from the port because I like quite place when I sleep. Hotel looks quite new so it was clean and tidy mostly. Swimming pool was long enough to swim. Hotel has nice sand beach right in front of hotel and they have movie night everyday (I guess). Staff was all kind with smile.
Such a fantastic stay at this lovely villa! George, our host, was superb, and the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. We rented three units and each one was cozy and comfortable. Our time here was truly enjoyable, and we're eager to return. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel to everyone. Thanks to George and the team for a wonderful experience!
We had a great stay at the villa. The room was spacious and enough for two person. As well the private pool was very nice. The location was a bit away from the mainbeach but it was easy to get there by bike. Mr. Kikiy was an excellent host and very helpful during all situations. We would definetly recommend this place when visiting Gili Trawangan.
The owners and staff are extremely nice and helpful. The banana pancake breakfast is very good. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It’s close to the busy area but far enough to not hear the noise. We had aircon and it worked very well. Bike or snorkel rental can be organised through the owners and is cheaper than at the main strip.
