The villa was amazing and really convenient that each room has it's own bathroom. The pool area is large with various areas to relax during the day. The host was friendly and responded to all questions promptly to ensure we all had a great holiday! Great location in a relaxing area with easy access to Dubrovnik.

This is a new hyper-modern apartment with everything you can think of. A major bonus for us was free private parking in the garage under the building and a great large kitchen. There are 2 small grocery stores a few walking minutes away. The beds felt like a cloud, super comfortable.

Very nice and charming place, old building but renewed. Nice space to chill outside. Very clean!!! Loved it. It is not as close to the beach, at least 20 min walking. The owners are very helpful. Beautiful nature around.
Villa Doris enjoys a quiet location on a beautiful bay in the picturesque village of Stikovica, 6 km nort-west from Dubrovnik and only 50 metres from the sea.
Zaton is just off the main road. Good restaurants, excellent beaches for snorkelling, lovely headland to explore to find more secluded beaches. Boat trips leave from here although the harbour is very busy for parking.
Studenac had everything we needed grocery wise. Trsteno Arboretum is a short drive away and the harbour below is beautiful. It is a 15 minute drive to Port Gruz where you can park to get a local bus into Dubrovnik (there is a tourist information in Port Gruz where you can buy Dubrovnik passes). Enjoyed a day at the Walls of Ston. Would recommend Blue Planet Diving for a scuba experience.

Very quiet resort , lovely waterfront restaurants . There was one slightly more lively bar on the front , not sure what time that closed ? We like swimming and snorkeling which was rally good around the headland . There is a local supermarket but it seemed to close most days at 16.00 hrs so get your shopping early ! Also there is a little roadside kiosk/shop that sells fresh bread and pastries etc. Really liked the area , very sleepy mostly but easy 15 minutes in taxi to Dubrovnik .

Beautiful bay within walking distance of our villa. Shops, bars and restaurants were all easily accessible and within walking distance but I would recommend a hire car to maximise your stay. Gusto's grill was a on the corner of our street and their take away pizzas are a must!

Zaton is beautiful and quiet and not over developed.
Zaton is beautiful and quiet and not over developed. The sea is beautiful and a joy to swim in. It is close enough to Dubrovnik for frequent visits if you want more excitement and is definitely worth visiting at least twice. However, even if you don.t manage to get there, Zaton would not disappoint. I could go back and content myself relaxing by the Adriatic.
My top tip would be to ask for quotes when booking taxis and in our experience , the local taxi firm was the cheapest.
Zaton is a very beautiful small coastal town, very charming. Dubrovnik is close by, so very convenient to stay here if you have a car and plan on visiting the capital - you have the peace and quite of a small town, but you are very close to Dubrovnik.
The hotel is in a nice, traditional small house by the bay, amazing views from the room.
The owner is a very communicative, nice lady, gave us a lot of useful tips.
She also cooked us breakfast from eggs and vegetables from her garden.
Also there are two restaurants just 1 minute away.
I would like to thank Mrs. Karmen and her daughter Ilinka for the pleasant welcome and hospitality, truly wonderful ladies who welcomed me very warmly!
The rooms are neat and clean, the location offers a nice view of the Zaton Bay and the road to Bjelopera rooms is easily accessible by car (a big advantage is that they have their own private parking lot so you don't have to think about where to park your car).
If you are looking for accommodation in Zaton, I recommend you Bjelopera Rooms!
Cozy, big and comfortable room in a quiet area. Short walk (uphill) from the beach, where also the restaurants are. AC and full kitchen in the room, balcony. Nice, slow-paced little village if you're looking for a couple of days getaway from the city. Beautiful and not super crowded beaches. Bus to Dubrovnik stops right in front of the property (no bus stop sign but ask the exact spot from the hosts). Very nice and accommodating hosts, who also helped me with the bus timetables. Good value!
Everything was perfect. Location above all. The apartment is right on the beach, it has its sun beds and a parasol on the beach, and it is included in the price!!! The terrace was phenomenal with the view of the entire bay. The apartment has a kitchenette with everything one needs. Owner was very welcoming, saved us a parking spot after we arrived, also for free!!! It is very close to the city of Dubrovnik, and the village, Veliki Zaton, itself is also very charming.

There are a couple of really nice restaurants nearby (a bit pricey though), two beaches a few minutes away (a smaller one 5 min in one direction and a slightly bigger one maybe 20 min walking in the opposite direction) and Dubrovnik is 20 min away by Uber (15 euros).
The hotel and staff were next level. Our wishes were all accommodated and Laura from reception went beyond to (1) make a reservation at Bowa possible and (2) get us a rental car last minute!
Beyond that, they surprised my girlfriend with a cake on her birthday!
The hotel offers stunning ocean views and the rooms and interior are up to the highest standard!
The apartment was clean and fresh and well equipped. Very helpful and friendly host . We didn’t have a hire car but there was a dedicated parking spot if you did have one - very handy.
Just a short walk down to a lovely beach with two restaurants. SuP and kayaks available for rent as well as great swimming.

Lovely apartment located in nature with a beautiful view. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but still really close to Dubrovnik, which is accessible by car, taxi or bus. Wonderful hosts that made sure we had everything we need for a good vacation. Just be sure to bring some extra insect protection since you will be surrounded by woods.
Location is great. The lady host is very amicable and provides good suggestions. There is a bus stop close to house that takes you to Dubrovnik. Since the bus frequency is wierd, you can also park you car freely in Mokosica and take bus no. 1a to Pile(old city) Trust me it saves you some parking time and fees ;)
A great , fresh lace to stay. Very family friendly! The host Ira did that little extra to make it a pleasant stay. For instance providing some extra toys for the children making some of the rainier days easier.
The surroundings (Zaton) has nice harbour area, some restaurants and a beatiful coastal line.
We were one of the first guests, everything was very clean and brand new. The communication with Nika was very easy and she even arranged a free parking spot for us in Dubrovnik where parking would have been extremely expensive otherwise. Thanks a lot, would definitely stay there again!
The host Darko was very sincere and kind and the place is located at right on the ocean with great view and very peaceful and quiet. The location is convenient enough to go to Dubrovnik by BUS (about 10-15 mins) from bus stop (Zaton Veliki) less than 5 min walk from the place.
