Superb accomodation. Loved the huge terrace and views over the bay. Perfectly set in paradise cove with very limited footfall, for those who prefer peace and quiet. Also appreciated the quick turnaround due to very late booking from my part. Highly recommend.

Vela Luka is an ex-industrial town on Korčula island. It is not as historic as the old town of Korčula (although there is an archaeological site from the Neolithic). It is more down to earth and does not try to be as upscale as the old town of Korčula which only strives for upscale tourists now. But Vela Luka is still close to super beaches and has shops and bars, that are much more pocket friendly than the old town of Korčula. Take a boat to nearby Proizd island or a taxi boat to the main beach. ... you will not be disappointed.

Loved the little balcony, loved the "city vibe" from the balcony! Also appreciated the fact that we were close to the town center, close to everything like shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets! The room was so comfy and most importantly CLEAN!

Quaint and authentic town with some lovely beaches nearby. Wasn't as lively as some other places I've visited in Croatia/felt a little like it has fallen on hard times, but we still really loved the community atmosphere. It was surprisingly difficult to get to from Dubrovnik as there is no direct ferry and the busses weren't running on Sundays

Excelent starting point for exploring beautiful Island of Korčula. Beaches are out od town but easy to reach by boat (regular lines) or car. Town is quite authentic and not overcrowded by tourists, with lot od restaurants and bars.

Its very different to Korcula town, it has great places to swim within walking distance of the town, has good value restaurants and accommodation, its not yet spoilt, lovely to mix with locals as seems to have more local holiday makers than overseas ones. Good cycling but not many places to refuel on hot days - so be warned, carry plenty of water with you! Don't expect pretty narrow streets and hustle and bustle - ( like in Hvar, Trogir and Korcula old town) but do expect a nice chilled time for a very reasonable price with welcoming locals.

Think one day would be ok.Would not get my recommendation. Better places in Croatia to go.The restaurants are very expensive ,compared to Korcula Town.Passed through some very nice villages on bus getting to Vela Luka
All in all had a good holiday,but felt a little disappoint with the island.Did not have the feel of the Croatia ,that I like.
This is small, quiet and peaceful family owned hotel away from noise or the port. It is only 10 minutes cool trail walk to the water taxi, which will take you downtown to roam the shops, restaurants and bars. The owners are very nice and helpful, and it felt like they are family. They truly care for their guests and help you with everything, such a sweat couple! The rooms are very clean and modern. Air-conditioning worked perfectly, which is very important, it was hot and humid outside.
Apartments & Rooms Fisherman's Luck is the perfect place to spend your vacation in Vela Luka. Ivana is the most friendly and helpful host you can imagine. We rented the apartment and it was really big, clean and it had the most beautiful view on the whole riviera of Vela Luka. The apartment was fully equipped with all the appliances, such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, huge fridge and freezer and coffee machine. We couldn't imagine a better accommodation in Vela Luka.

We felt very comfortable and the atmosphere in the guest house was also very nice. It is the perfect place for staying directly in Vela Luka, if you are looking for a small cozy place. Everything is very near and what we also found beautiful was the small terrace. Very inviting to relax there in the morning or evening.
I also liked that you can get locally handmade domestic products in a very good quality from the hosts :)
Vela Luka is a charming town and our host Ani was simply wonderful. She very kindly saved a parking spot for us so we didn't have to search. She greeted us with the keys and showed us up to our apartment, and was available for questions as they came up. The apartment we were in was perfect for us and enabled us to cook our own meals on the days we wanted to do so, and was walking distance to everything. The neighbors were also very nice.
House Sunny fulfilled and exceeded all our expectations. In person there is even much more than you get from the description and photos: outdoor shower, mosquito nets, fully (and I really mean fully) equipped kitchen.. Wonderful hosts even left quite some food supplies for us. We had a wonderful stay and will recommend Sunny to anyone who'd like to discover island of Korčula.

We had everything we needed foe our stay. I went there with my brother, and we really enjoyed the guesthouse. It's an essential room with a shower. Djuliano and his wife were really lovely! Definetly recommended.
The location was amazing. Views of the harbour at sunset. Lots of local restaurants and ice cream less than 5 minutes walking distance in each direction. The staff were incredible, couldn't have done more for us!! Thank you for a perfect few days on Korčula!!
The super friendly staff went out of their way for us. They even arranged a ride because the bus wasn't running due to it being a holiday. The in-hotel restaurant was excellent. The location is right on the main boulevard that runs along the waterfront.
We loved the location, privacy and welcoming host. The host was caring above expected and truly nice. Also, the property is very clean. Excellent loaction for exploring Vela Luka town, all the konobas, Vela Spila and to visit Proizd island.
Great view, and quiet area with easy access to the sea. Perfect place to jogging, cycling or just spending relaxing time with nature.
Vela Luka with a shopping area and a fish market is only a few minutes' drive away. Very nice hosts.
Boutique hotel on the Vela Luka waterfront. provided us with an unforgettable vacation with a wonderful view of the harbor, wonderful sunsets, excellent food in the Dalmacija restaurant and very friendly staff. We hope to return.
It was really nice, lcation is top, very cloe to any place in town, just opposite of the marina. Not noisy, windows excellent, so was a/c. I recommend it and will be back for sure when I want to visit Vela Luka again

The property is well located for Vela Luka. The host Franjo was incredibly nice and helpful but due to a language barrier it was very difficult to communicate our needs.
