The location is very close to the pier within walking distance. And, you can walk to Zora beach "Plaza beach" in 15 minutes and it is very quiet in the morning at 8 am. The house is neat and tidy. They have space for you to hang clothes or swimming gear. Very convenient.

This was the most beautiful villa we have ever stayed in! A real touch of luxury with everything thought of and real attention to detail. Ivana and her husband went out of their way to make our stay perfect and welcome us to Selca, even leaving treats on arrival and departure and fresh local produce during the week. Beautiful views and total relaxation.

The location is amaaazing. The view really looks like on the picture and I could not get enough of it during day and night. Povlja is not big as the other villages on Brač, but that is exactly what we were looking for, since there were not many people on the beach. The beach is also great, 10min walk away. You have everything you need in the kitchen: microwave, espresso machine, fridge with freezer and all utensils you might need for cooking. There were also more than enough towels. The host was also super nice and gave us gifts and answered any question we might have also over phone. If you are looking for a nice quiet place with a great view and pebble beach, this is the place!

A really lovely little sleepy place - not for party people, but excellent for families. You can swim in the sea right here - or take a short walk to some really beautiful beaches where you can snorkel.
This small magnificent hotel is located at the charming villa in the heart of Sumartin, the room was spacious and very clean, the bed was very comfy. The property has a very nice swimming pool and sun loungers, beautiful garden with patio furniture. Vedrana - the lovely warmhearted lady at the reception, was extremely hospitable, amiable, friendly, and helpful. We loved our stay and highly recommend this wonderful place to other travelers, especially couples on a romantic getaway trip.
Location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the harbour and some great local beaches, but its up a hill so the views from the balcony are beautiful. Balconies on both sides mean you really do get a panoramic view. The apartment is really spacious, beautifully presented and scrupulously clean. We had a lovely holiday in Sumartin, which has several good restaurants and bars around the harbour, and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone thinking of visiting.
The house is beautiful inside and out. It was immaculately clean and supplied with so many extras like an ice machine. There were so many thoughtful touches in the house that made our stay so comfortable. The pool and outside area is a dream. I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more. We had excellent communication with our host. The house is up on a hill above the little town of Sumartin. Just be prepared that the roads are narrow with stone walls on either side.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, with beautiful sea view from the 2 balconies. Julijana and her mother were very nice and welcoming hosts. The interior of the apartment is comfortable, location is also good. You can swim in the sea 100 metres from the apartment, or you can walk to other beaches in a few minutes. The center of Sumartin village is 10 minutes on foot. The place was very relaxing and calm, not too many tourists in September.
We were surprised how big and modern the apartment was and two balconies. Everything was brand new, two AC units, big full kitchen and two double beds one in bedroom and one in living room. Also private parking next to building. Zora beach is very near and maybe the only beach in Sumartin. Some +15min walking to port but we just went there one evening for dinner. We highly recommend this place even for longer stays just to relax.
So, the apartment exceeded our expectations. We felt at home from the first minute. Kristina, the host, is extremely nice and extremely helpful. He received us with a lot of love and professionalism. The apartment is very well equipped, close to the main points of the town. The sea was also close to the accommodation. We think of Sumartin as our second home, and Kristina is like family. We hope to be back as soon as possible. ☺️
Really nice, clean, confortable and luminous room.
The balcony offers a church, sea and birds view. We enjoyed having our breakfast and dinner on the balcony. It was definitely a plus.
Guest House Marija is a walking distance from everything : restaurants, supermarkets, beaches.
We really loved Sumartin as it is a picturesque, quiet, welcoming village.

Amazing stay in lovely place in Sumartin. Great location and amazing view! The highlight of our stay was Sime- he couldnt do enough to help us and make our stay more comfortable. He even manage to show us around and recommend lovely places for dinner/lunch. Overall- this place is really tidy and clean. Gorgeous! We will definitely come back! Once again, thank you for making this stay memorable.

The apartment was clean, spacious, amazing terrace with a view. The restaurant below is among the best ones in Brac and the owners of the place were probably the nicest ones I have ever experienced. If in Sumartin, look no further. We’ll be back!
The place is beautiful. Especially in the morning and in the night. We borrowed a small boat (5hp) for 300e/week, it took 42minutes to Sumartin.
PS: bring some hammocks, clothesline and pins, lots of drinking water and bug-repellent.
The house is really nice and well-equipped. The whole apartman was very clean. We get some gifts from Vicko at arriving, which was very nice from him. We liked our time at Kairos and definitely want to visit again in the future.
Beautiful, modern house, with all the amenities, a short walk to beaches, restaurants, and the Sumartin port. The owners were friendly and quickly responded to all queries. This was the perfect location for a solid rest.
