Awesome place! Owner is super nice. You get a small apartment with all you may need in bathroom and kitchen. Everything is new and entire flat is well equiped. There is a very spacious parking lot. We came before the season so we were the only guests. There is a nice common space and tarrace!

This is not a tourist location but a small peaceful village. There are a couple of cafe/bar/pizza joints & two small supermarkets. The countryside on the outskirts of the village was lovely & rural. It's only 15 minutes from Rovinj.
Villa Sophia is a beautiful property, stylishly furnished both indoors and outdoors. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a lovely cafe, a very good restaurant and a decent-sized supermarket within walking distance of the villa. Two large supermarkets (Lidl and Kaufland) are a 5 minute drive away and Rovinj is a 10 minute drive. The owners were very helpful, responding to any of our queries quickly. We all had a brilliant week there and will be back next year for sure.
Easy to park next to the guest house. The host is very kind and efficient in showing the guest around.
As this is a deliberately budget lodgement, don't expect comfort apart from the basics, but everything offered is just functional and aesthetically well done. You can stay not far away from the seaside for a fraction of the usual hotel prices in a quiet corner, and the location is better to attain nearby cities than if you stay directly in Rovinj.
The appartement is just perfect.Three bedrooms,two bathrooms,very comfortable,we felt like at home with our two teenagers.Everything is well thought and equipments are all of very high quality.

Apartment seemed to be newly furnished and was very clean. It had everything we needed for our one week long stay. Kitchen well equipped, beds were comfy, terrace was spectacular with a nice view. The area is super quiet, and the house is only 8 minutes by car from the really nice Cuvi beach, Rovinj is also only a couple of minutes by car. We also had a nice walk in the surroundings of Rovinjsko Selo. Highly recommended.
we really liked the quietness of the area and the fact that it is not crowded like Rovinj. Easy parking and nice welcome, clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful flowers, good restaurant nearby. We rented a room, but we could use the outside kitchen, which was especially great.
The host Drasko was incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay a truly delightful experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean and nice. The place is in a very nice and quiet area and the restaurant has a great terrace for relaxing.
The landlords were extremely friendly, the apartment was very clean. Also there were very nice compliments. Our car was safe in the yard. There is a nice pizza restaurant 5 min of walk from the apartment. Thanks a lot for out pleasant stay!
