Apartment less than 300m from the sea, a bit on a hill, but compensated by a beautiful view of the open sea from balcony. It is about a 3-5min walk to the beach, the return is a bit longer 5-8min as its uphill :) Groceries approx. 15 min. walk, restaurant and café approx. 10 min. Great pedestrian and easy access to various nooks and crannies views, others beaches,... Beach - concrete city plateaus, so you can jump straight into deep water or enter via ladders, no big stones needed to be climbed. The water shoes are not needed. As soon as you arrive you will feel at home thanks to the wonderful hosts. The hospitality we experienced is exceptional and we cannot express our gratitude in words. Despite our spontaneous arrival we were warmly welcomed.
This accommodation represents everything you are looking for as a traveler who prefers tranquility, closeness to nature, authenticity and who wants to get to know the culture better. On the first glance, you could already see that the cleanliness was exceptional. The apartment is very well-equipped as it has everything you need: very comfortable beds and various amenities like a small kitchenette, a fridge, a TV or extra blankets. Not far from the accommodation there is a beautiful beach that we were able to enjoy almost every day to ourselves.
Our highlight were the moments we shared with the hosts. We enjoyed chatting with them about everything under the sun. They taught us an incredible amount about Croatian history and culture. Last but not least: the food and the drinks they kindly shared with us were exceptional. We were able to taste their home-made food, dessert and their delicious self-made wine and prošek. You could literally taste the hosts' love for their homeland with every sip.
We are so grateful that we chose this place on our trip. We didn't want to leave anymore and can't wait to come back again to see our new friends. Thank you again for everything!

This is a hidden gem! The view is spectacular! The spot is surrounded by water 90degrees. Many spots to enter and exit the waters. It is sheltered from currents so one can swim with ease. I would describe as tranquil.

Zecevo Rogoznicko is a very rural location.
Zecevo Rogoznicko is a very rural location. The small island Jaz is a little gem, just few meters to swim. If you seek for relaxation in an unspoiled nature without tourist masses (like Kamenjak/Premantura was about 20 years ago), this is the place to be. Watching the sunset from Jaz is pure balm for the soul.

Nice beach, great communication with other cities. Perfect place to stay, cause it is near Split and Zadar, but has more of a village vibe, with lots of space and views. A few nice shopping centres, and great restaurants. Really reccomend Lavender Maze. Amazing view there!

Clean waters, many public beaches, lots of restaurants and bars on the beach, many opportunities for hiking to interesting places (either to beautiful outlook points or to historical towns). Highly recommended place.
Loved the small little beach (though not private as all beaches in Croatia are officially public) however it is a tiny beach on the doorstep of the hotel which is nice to have. Bathrooms are super clean, good shower, the cleaning lady was very helpful when I needed some items. The breakfast was amazing (high standard) and the pools on the hotel ground are beautiful. The staff who worked on the pool ground were very friendly and helpful also.
Have stayed here twice already and would stay at this hotel again for a third time on my next visit.
Snježana is a wonderful host with lots of great advice on where to visit and what to eat ie. the most important issues of each vacation. She is a very warm host and has honestly made our stay in Rogoznica really enjoyable. The property is one minute walk from the nicest beach in Rogoznica which was much appreciated as we didn't have to start the car for each visit to the beach. All in all, Antea apartments and Rogoznica have all the ingredients needed to relax and charge the batteries. Definitely recommend.
Great location, very close to the small, cozy beach. Our host Ivanka was there waiting for us even though we were late due to a huge traffic jam in Hungary (we were traveling by car from Poland). She welcomed us, showed us the apartment, explained everything. Contact with her through booking messages was also spot on.

Nice and cosy apartment 200m from the beach at Rogoznica. Small town near the harbour close to lots of restaurants on the other part of Island. Rooms are nice and the owner is a friendly guy. We preferred this kind of stay instead of busy and crowded ones.
Also the beach (go right when you leave the hotel) is really awesome make sure to bring water shoes and swimming goggles (or scuba diving hardware if you have). lots of sea life next to the beach it was great.
A uniquely beautiful apartment located in a cove area on the shore of the Adriatic. Breathtaking beauty in the mornings, evening and night, with plenty of sun in the day. Access to the water right on the property. Our host Dom was very friendly and hospitable, and spoke excellent English. Had a lovely dinner at Antonios in Rogoznica. There's a playground on the property that children would enjoy. We loved our stay here - recommended!
STAFF STAFF STAFF! I Had an exceptional experience with this Hotel because of the staff. All the staff from the front desk to Kitchen was EXCEPTIONAL! We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but we ended up staying 5 nights because of the staff. Extremely caring and professional, Everyone was smiling the whole time and taking care of us with our 2 years old boy. I felt very welcomed and taken care off during my stay.

The owner was very friendly and helpful and the apartment had everything we could ask for. It's like a 10 minutes to the central area of Rogoznica, but a very nice one along the pier and if you don't feel like walking over, there are a couple of nice restaurants also just arround the corner. In Rogoznica (5 minutes by car) there is a shop, fish market (4-5 kinds of fresh fish, seafood) and a vegetable market.
VERY nice hosts, spectacular villa, and great localization. Owners have really good restaurant with sea view whitch I would like to reccomend. No problems with communication with hosts, they took care of everything and were willing to help with basically anything. Best place in Rogoznica!!!
