The host welcomed us warmly and gave us the keys and basic info on the accommodation. Location is amazing, very quiet with a view on Buzet town (takes you 10min by car to reach city). Since we stayed in early April, it was bit cold, but we got the room heated up with AC in no time. There is a free wi-fi and parking available. The kitchen has basics: kettle, dishes, cleaning products, but no additional amenities.

Beautiful! Comfy, wonderful location, welcoming staff, and I enjoyed the view of the animals and nature. Only stayed overnight, did not have the opportunity to try the food but it smelled amazing. We will be returning, hopefully not for business this time.

Googlemaps navigation drove us to another place. We called the owner, who came to us with her car and lead us to Villa Kos. They even offered us their wine.
The place is very comfortable and equipped in very cosy chic style. We spent nice time there.

Around Roc and Buzet You can find numerous walking and biking paths, which will amaze You with hidden waterfalls, small rivers and beautiful rocks. It's very good place not only for hiking but also to dicover the charm of internal Istria with kids (which we did).
The place is 5 minutes driving from Buzet, and it is just near the main road which means you'll be near everything you need yet have your privacy in a small village.

The apartment is clean and tidy and contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host is very kind and ready to help. She gave us great recommendations on what to see and visit. Roč is a wonderful peaceful place, the nature is beautiful and we will be happy to come back again. We definitely recommend this apartment.
Very nice and hospitable hosts, amazing green view from the balcony to the distant valleys, rocks and villages, modern interior, cleanness. The birds are singing in the morning and we saw a big amazing eagle soaring over the valley :-)

Fantastic place! The hosts are friendly and kind. The apartment is fully equipped and sparkling clean. The view is amazing, the terrace is adorable. The apartment is a good starting point for star tours. Roc is a charming little town. We travel a lot, we've been to a lot of places, this apartment is one of the best.
Owners are super nice people, we were welcomed with homemade muffins and were very helpful during our stay. The apartment is nice, spacious, with the beautiful garden it really feels like home. Location is excellent, Roc is a lovely little town, the nature surrounding it is beautiful.
Such a great place! Hari and Petra are great hosts, we even got a private tour of Roč, and some great biska! They made the whole experience better, and we will definitely come back!
P.S. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We had everything needed, and felt very safe.
