Holiday home Ankica is a great place to stay for a summer holidays with a family and small kids. Location, accomodation and all facilities available in this place were fully satisfied: dishwasher, washing machine, airconditioner, well-kept garden (with family of turtles!), very clean and fresh house, large space in the house - I could not expect more for having great time with my family. Very friendly and helpful owners always willing to support and treat us wil a local specialities made our stay at Holiday home Ankica unforgettable! We are wishing to o back there next year!

Downtown is not completely renovated, there are trashy places just in the center which needs to be fixes as soon as possible. But in general, it's nice place with good potential. There are only a few restaurants, and prices are a bit too high as for me. Maybe I'm wrong. Basically, the only entertainment during a day is a sea, and during night some beer bar

The flora and fauna in the sea was amazing, it's a paradise if you enjoy snorkeling. We even saw squids and crabs. In the town we saw a turtle and a rabbit.
Ražanac is a quiet little town that offers some very nice fish restaurants. There are a lot of things to see and do nearby (e.g. island of Pag, Nin, Privlaka and Zadar).
On the beach you can find many trees if you want to sit in the shade. It was not very crowded.

The owners are SUPER friendly.
Me and my friends did really enjoy our staying over there.
The only thing you need to pay your attention to it is to make sure that you have a car for transportation. As the apartment is located in a small village.
Apart from that it's a lovely place.

Ražanac is an interesting little town. It even has two dog beaches, one of which is completely useless. We were disturbed by the locals' attitude towards our dog, even though we were allowed to swim on the beach for dogs.

The village has a very nice pebble beach with gradual entry into the sea, clean and warm sea suitable for the smallest children, ideal for families, 300 m from the center is a playground, in the center of the market and several shops and restaurants. Ideal place for a quiet holiday.

The water is deep enough to swim, on many locations in Croatia where there is a beach you have to walk a long distance before you can do this. The pebble beach is also big enough so sufficient place for all.
The hotel is nice and well situated near to the see, the rooms were clean and comfortable spacy. We appreciated regular cleaning service. The staff were friendly, kind waiter and cleaning woman, attentive host, food in the restaurant was good with sufficient choice. A beach close to hotel was ok, but we choosed beaches nearby.
I also appreciate good location the hotel in matter of trip to the both side. It was very pleasant to visit Zadar and see sunset with listening of the see organ. The trip to Pag was nice too.
Just returned from an amazing week at Apartmemt Ražanac Nicola
Place is stunning, excellent rooms and parking at the side . We were blessed with a full week of blue skies and fresh air from terrace. There is place for a bbq and just 10 minute walk from near beach with beautiful view for a Velebit Mountains. Small grocery shop and city centre is only 6 minutes walking distance. Place is quiet and very comfortable.

Very nice nad spacious accomodation, helpfull hosts. Quiet , discreet enviroment,full of greenery, beach with sun loungers right next to the accomodation. Wifi and possibility to grill. In the surroundings possibility of various excursions, fishing, shopping in city Pag, healing mud in Nin, safari tour in Starigrad, excavations.church on the hill opposite, partly sandy unofficial beach in the village Razanac, turtles in the wild etc ..
The owners living downstairs were nice, unobtrusive. The garden is well maintained. You can park directly at the terrace. Calm, safe place with little to no traffic. Fourth line from the seaside, about 10-15mins walking to the beach. Razanac has good tourist infractructure (shops, restaurants, etc), but on the other hand it attracts more people. Separate bedroom with balcony, children bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
Simple, spacious place, even with a dishwasher and a washing machine, well equipped kitchen, very clean. Nice hosts, we even got figs from the garden. Close to the Ražanac beach, but a great place to explore the sand beaches around with kids (Nin, Ljubac, Vrsi, Posedarje).
The villa is amazing. White sheets big batrooms, very comfy beds. Lov3ly gardenia and terrace great pool. We Werę welcome by Cheese board fruits and home Oil Olive. Very Nice houseowners. Razanac its place away from croud of people i reccomend 100%
It was great, cleany and spacious place to stay in Razanac. Not directly at beach, but really close. It was also close to the center. Hospitality of the owner was fantastic.
