Roman style stone Villa Lux Solis, hotel in Nin

Located in Nin, in a historic building, less than 1 km from Zdrijac Beach, Roman style stone Villa Lux Solis is a recently renovated villa with a garden and bar.

Nice place, very clean and spacious. The stairs to the upstairs room are really tiny ! Getting the bags upstairs was a battle. Be aware that the hot water can finish if the first person who showered doesn’t use the water sparingly. Jacuzzi was nice and the owner tried to be hospitable

There are many beautiful beaches in the vicinity, you can be on a different beach every day. Nin is a beautiful historical town where salt is mined, which I also recommend visiting. Nearby is the royal winery, where they offer excellent wine. You can also visit the museum in Nina.

Nin is a beautiful place to stay. Friendly locals, stunning beaches, swallow waters in the lagoons making it particularly save for young families. Plenty of restaurants and gift stops. hire an e-bike - its great fun. I would definitely return.

A beautiful little town located on an island in a lagoon.

A beautiful little town located on an island in a lagoon. Without crowds and excess of tacky souvenirs. Beautifully restored historic defensive walls, entrance gates and bridges. Very clean, quiet, lots of nice restaurants.

A normal Croatian city :) A great Old City of Nin ! Not a big space / area for the Old City but a lot to visit, see, picture etc. Park where you can pay by card, is easier and is just in front of the main City gate / entrance. Really really deserve your visit !

Very beautiful small town full of history.

Very beautiful small town full of history. It has nice sunset. The beaches are small and quiet. Have space for your own sunbeds. Kraljichina plaza is very nice, shallow and warm water. Vrsi Mulo beach as very beautiful. Check the sunset from there. Nin is very oold, even before the Roman empire. Check the remains even in the side streets. And if you like ice cream, get it from Grgur , across the church . The place is definetelly worth seeing.

Nin is a small town, better to call it village.

Nin is a small town, better to call it village. Is ok to visit one day then go as much as you can far away from it. We didn't like the beaches near, were very dirty, the water not very clean. The Croatians request a lot of taxes for any parking place.

The view from the terrace is lovely; we enjoyed admiring the landscape during our breakfast. The owner is exceptionally kind, as he promptly resolved all our issues. Both city beaches can be reached in 15-25 minutes, but it can feel much longer during the heat of the day with small children. However, the more adventurous ones can also take a dip at the pier in front of the house. We had a fantastic week in Nin; the nearby and distant beaches are simply adorable, the food is delicious, and the streets are clean and tidy.

It was really close to Queen beach and the hosts were awesome. They left prosciutto, cheese, tomatoes, local beer and bread for us. The walk was outside the hotel and takes you right into town along the ocean within 5-7 minutes walking. Plenty of close by restaurants and local market. Place was really clean, comfortable and AC was really great. Would definitely come back to this beautiful area. We wanted to stay an extra night but unfortunately all of their apartments were booked.

Matilda is the best owner of Croatia 😍 she was so nice and kind to us, hospitality beyond perfect! She changed towels in the midst of our stay. The apartment was clean and tidy with an extremely well-equipped kitchen. Nice terrace with a view to the sea, nice garden and private parking place. Nin old town is about 20 min walking distance and a beautiful hidden treasure of the coastal area. I highly recommend it and we”ll go back in the future, this is for sure!

Nice owner lives behind the wall in the same building but a separate flat. The apartment consists of pretty big bedroom with all needed furnitures, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. It is not the top modern but has everything you need to have a nice stay for few days. Beach is like 10-15 mins of walk distance. There is also small market less than 5 mins by car, but no restaurant around, only in the center or Nin. The apartment is located in calm, quiet area.

Perfect location - sandy beaches with all amenities literally in front of the place, huge potential for various water sports, proximity of Nin center with plethora of restaurants and sights. Beautiful terrace - roof+natural sun shade, close to the beach - felt like we were camping, used to store our kayak and other equipment. Wasn't that important to us, but beaches nearby are extreemly friendly for families with younger children.

This is our go to Apartment every year when we are in Zadar and Nin. The host is a lovely person and she goes over and beyond every year. The apartment as always is in pristine condition, very clean, right in the heart of the town of Nin with ample free parking and everything that is required whilst being away from home. We love everything about the apartments and the host in particular is lovely. Thank you for hosting us.

Host is super friendly with a great personality, very responsive and the best host. It's a beach front resort so if you're a fan of the beach it's right there in front of you. It's not too far from a small town called Nin although it's not walking distance but a short car ride away. There's plenty to do for kids so if you're traveling with kids they'll be spoilt for choice but lack of adult activities or amenities.

Lots of extra activities available for kids to enjoy (small amusement parks, cars, mini golf grounds, mini disco and shows in theater each evening). Nice pool complex, large sandy beaches (more suitable for kids or non-swimmers as it is shallow all the way), lots of bars and restaurants.

The apartmán is located at probably best place around. It's only across the the street to a send beach and the balcony had nice sea view. Few steps away is a huge place for babies and children - like a mini lake, with shallow and warm water from the morning.
