I liked everything about his location - it is the second time, I chose this hotel and I will certainly return, should I be in the area again. The rooms are quiet and nice. From the balcony you have a nice view on the harbour. There is a small beach as well not too far away (5 min. walk). Breakfast was excellent, beds are comfortable and the people are really nice!

House is located on the edge of a small village, location is peaceful and quiet.
It is quite well equipped, including stuff like table football, table tennis, playstation and a great pool.

We stayed for like 5 nights with Passion Oliva as return point in the evenings. Aquacolors (biggest aqua park in the country) is highly recommended if you travel with kids. Pula brings a bit of history with the Roman Arena which was too costly for what it shows. You can just walk around the structure and also get a good idea. Franky's beach bar & grill was the place we visited twice because of the nice view by sunset. Not too many people there and the kids loved the cheeseburger and other food. When you visit Krnica, you will surely have to stop at the Grill and Cocktail bar Jeanette. My son even took the leftover of that burger with him, because he liked it sooo much. Pizza's were really good at a very affordable price. Across that place you also find a restaurant. We also tried that one... very friendly people but a longer wait to get served. Kids expected a sandy beach,... so better get some footwear ready so they can easily get access to the water. Enjoy!

Cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the owners was excellent. The weather was beautiful
On the downside Krnica is in the middle of nowhere so a lot of driving is required. The rooms have no tea or coffee making facilities. Early mornings are dominated by the sound of several dogs barking just over the road.
We had a perfect stay in this house. We had a warm welcome when we arrived. Loris explained everything about the house and Marija made us some home made cake. The house had everything that we needed for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). We loved the outside spaces like the little garden were the kids can play. The terrace was a big plus because we could always sit outside even when it rained.
Krnica is a pittoresk village and everything is at walking distance (3 restaurants, baker, market). the neighborhood is quiet.
Duga Uvala is a Bay with appartment houses and hotel. There is no Village so you do not buy your kids ice cream or go for dinner. There is a big parking so beaches are full of People. Fortunately we knew about some beaches 15-30 min. from here we went every day by car. Also the loud aircondition is on the small balcony so when its on you can not speak there. On the balcony There is not a Light so this destination go sleep at 9.30... whole area was build moře than 30 years ago an it looks the same, no changes...
Appartment is situated in nice authentic stone house. It’s in quite area but very close to main square in Krnica therefore bakery, Konzum supermarket and restaurants are just nearby. Landlord are very kind always ready to help,they regularely picked up for us fresh figs and also baked a bread. They also put bikes at our disposal. There are swings for kids in the garden. Internet connection is very fast, there is Netflix available so you can watch your favourite movies or series in the evening.
Hotel Carmen is a little Hideaway. It is very quiet, the rooms provide all you need and the hosts help whenever help is needed. The breakfast is really exceptional being a fullboard Buffet with a lot of things homemade. Nevertheless, the hotel is not at the end of the world. There is a restaurant in the nearby little harbour and Krnica is also not far away. Some little beaches invite you to swim and for those liking it a bit more comfortable a hotel pool is available alternatively.
The property is a cute house in a quiet neighborhood of a small village Krnica in Istria, with free parking, air conditioning in the house, veranda, spacious bedrooms; the house fully equipped with everything one would need on a vacation. The property is located a few minutes by car from several picturesque beaches. Getting the keys and checking out were super easy and uncomplicated. We fully enjoyed our stay there, and the host was very nice. Thank you Ivana!
If not for a couple of things I would have given this hotel the highest rating due to (1) The main woman running it is so sweet she is what I enjoyed about this hotel the most as she was so helpful and also nice to chat with me for a while. (2) the room is a good value for the size, very clean and quiet. If you get a room with a view, it is also nice of the pool below & tiny port with 1 restaurant.
Apartments Hostin Duga Uvala are located in Krnica, in Vinjola bay, only 150 meters from the sea, 20 km from Pula and fifty km from Labin. Nice view of the sea and free parking. You can find numerous sports facilities and restaurants nearby. Extremely clean sea water. The beach is about 300 m from the building.
The building is equipped with necessary kitchen appliances and has a balcony.
Villa Krnica was truly amazing. It's always a pleasure to stay somewhere that is so clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely and plenty big enough for us all to have fun! We used it every day and loved sitting around it at night when it was lit up. It's been an incredible week for us! Do not hesitate to book this property for your next holiday as we had the best holiday ever!
We travelled a lot around in rather low-budget hotels/apartments- this was for us the best place to stay. The area is super quiet, the pool is huge, we were often the only people at the pool area- others were at the close beach I guess. Beach is nice, we went to a rather remote beach vinjole by foot-where we were alone.
Quiet but fantastic location, relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant Porto Riko which is 100 meters away serves fantastic food ! Restaurant Luna is also fantastic, on the main road to Krnica .Carmen and Dennis thank you for making our stay so enjoyable, hopefully we will be back one day!
The accommodation was in the beautiful village of Krnica. A short walk from 3 restaurants and a shop. The hosts provided us with a grill. The rooms were clean and air-conditioned. The beach is 10 minutes away by car. Thank you for the accommodation.

Hotel location is not a problem at all if travel by car. Sea coast and any restaurant is not so big distance away.

Breakfast was fabulous, nothing like those big chain hotels offer. Home made and delicious. We usually just skip them all together, but not here. If you are looking for a place off the beaten path, this is it. Peaceful and secluded.
The hotel is very nice beautiful beaches just around the corner. The breakfast is good and the lady owner is just a darling. Very very clean rooms. The pool is a bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much.
