The guy at reception was very friendly and they upgraded us to our room at no additional cost, with a balcony and incredible views of the sea. The wellness/spa area is very nice with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options to choose from. We were delighted with this hotel. The staff were warm, friendly, efficient, competent and completely professional. The suite was outstanding with plenty of comfortable furniture. As well as an excellent breakfast buffet, hot egg dishes were cooked to order. Evenings at the rooftop restaurant and bar were a delight, with great meals and superb views over the historic city. The laundry service was fast and efficient. Located in the old town we could step out of the hotel and into history.

Very handily situated, with a restaurant at the property, which provided a very good breakfast. The staff were great, especially Mark, who gave me an excellent briefing of where to go and was interested in what I thought. I would stay here again.
