The only good thing about this place was that it was relatively clean.

- Jadranka and Stephan were great hosts. They gave great advice on where to go for dinner, drinks or a swim; they introduced us to some local drinks (and provided us with a bottle to take home); and they lit up the BBQ for us.
- The house is big enough to accommodate two 4-person families and has a nice terrace.
- The house is located at walking distance from a restaurant, two beaches, and the swimming pool of the local camping which we were allowed to use.
The Aminess Magal Hotel is surrounded by a picturesque oak forest and enjoys a great location only 150 metres from the sea in the former fishermen’s village Njivice.

Smaller beaches near apartment, clean ground, ideal for small children. Shower on beach. Not overhauled, but some restaurants need reservation. Silence during night, smaller shops opened 7-21 hour per day. Exchange office at tourist center (cannot find on web, but asked in shop).

Great starting point to explore Krk.
Great starting point to explore Krk. Has a small local pebble beach for days when you don't feel like driving around the island. 2 restaurants, bar, pizzeria and a small supermarket will let you eat comfortably without going anywhere. The only thing lacking is a fruit stand, you have to drive to the next village for that. The next village, Soline, has a great attraction, a mud beach with healing mud. Ideal to put all over you, let dry, and then wash off. Needless to say, kids absolutely love wading in it!
Everything else is max 40 minutes away.
Stara Baska is a must see with really awesome beaches in little coves.
Baska, the resort town, is a waste of time unless you love crowded beaches and like to have 30 people in a 5 meter radius from where you are. Not for us.
Klimno is a calm place to stay with all essential facilities around: two restaurants, bar, bakery, grocery shop and currency exchange. There are two nice and clean beaches next to the apartment, however they are not aquamarine colored as we used to see on Croatian postcards. The apartment is well equipped and has almost all you might need.
The Owner is very kind and helpful. The apartment extremely clean, big, equipped with any needed detail. Beautiful view at the sea and land. Klimno is rather quaiet village, for those who look for slow life- ideal.
Nice location with an excellent view. Host was very kind and easy to approach. Apartment was spacious, clean and we had a nice balcony. Village of Klimno was a fine base camp to explore other parts of the island.

The Accomodation is walking distance from the beach suitable for kids. We were 3 and size was confortable for us. Outside with table and sunbeds. Klimno quite place for families I would say.
