The location and facilities are clean and surprisingly quiet for being next to the road. The hosts were kind enough to have the air conditioning on so we could get in and rest before leaving for dinner. Also, the beach is across the street and that is good for families with children.

Little coast cities in Croatia mostly look alike, very charming and cozy. People there also are friendly, but in seasons maybe not every place in Adriatic seaside are super clients oriented, I mean restaurants and cafe's, in some of them you can wait for waiters to come, or for a dish to be done. But it's not a problem, case is solvable, you just choose a place, and visit those that are more client loving). But when you walk through the narrow walking streets, listen to the local music artist, taste some Adriatic couzine - you are in love with Croatia!
Fantastic location - right on the little beach of Ika. The apartment is spacious and airy. Air-conditioning is working well. The owner met us on time and gave us useful information about our stay. The beach is great for all-day relaxing - peaceful and quiet even when crowded, and when crowded there's still room for everyone. There's a beach bar with not cheap but touristy-reasonable prices. Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid - around 20eur / day. Great fresh fast-food downstairs open till midnight. We had a great time.
We can warmly recommend this accommodation. Everything was clean, new and we felt at home here with our family.
