The view was amazing. No balcony but a big window. The owner was very welcoming and gave nice recommendations where to eat. Good location if you travel by car.

Compared to other Croatia holiday locations, Ičići is kind...
Compared to other Croatia holiday locations, Ičići is kind of bland. The mostly concrete beach is set between two marinas and a main road. There are much nicer beaches around Croatia. But you may enjoy a long coastal pathway to Opatija or Lovran.
Interestingly, the sun here gets down much early then elsewhere in Kvarner bay.

It was our first time in the north of Istria and we were very pleasantly surprised! The rocky coast was very nice for walks, we've enjoyed the calm sea and the scenery very much. The local food was excelent and our accomodation (Villa Schubert) has the nicest personnel we could've hoped for.

We walked the entire Lungomare during our stay - one day to the east end, the other to the west end. It does not take more than a few hours. Fascinating architecture, cool topography, a million little rocky coves and beaches to swim in.

Three days too long. Go to Krk instead. However if you enjoy promenading, shopping and crowded beaches with loads of so called, 'things to entertain you', then you may enjoy it. Took a trip to Pula, that was nice!
Great location, very clean, nice owners who gave some great tips about the surroundings. The swimming pool is very nice the chill every minute of the day. Breakfast is good with lots of choice off different products. You can park the car on the driveway and have some great views over the ocean. Very good B&B to chill and to explore the Opatija riviera. Also, Lucy (the dog) is the sweetest thing ever!
Everything! In particular the beautiful view! We were amazed by the cleanness, the size of the house, all the facilities: The double aircon construction (one on each floor), electric curtains, the possibility of choosing blankets of duvets, the white wine in the fridge as you arrive, this is like staying at a five-start hotel no doubt about that!

I was trevalling with alone with 9 year daughter. Our stay was exceptional. The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is superb, right by the sea. The hotel has very nice restaraunt, the rooms were and clean. The breakfast was really tasty. We really enjoyed our stay. We will be definately come back.
Located conveniently along the Poljanska Cesta, the house was comfortable, hosts were outstanding and the view breathtaking. All the amenities were at my disposal. Fairly close to Opatija, yet away from the noise, hustle and bustle of a larger city. Perfect for a few days recharge trip or a longer vacation.
The hotel is right at the beach with a beautiful view over the bay. The restaurant is good. The location is great, you can walk along the coast to Lovran, which is a great walk (Lovran is tiny though) or to Opatija which is about 4 kms. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony. The wifi worked well.
Location was great to stroll up lungomare to lovran or down to opatija. Had nice balcony overlooking the small harbor of Ika. Nice breakfast with eggs made to order, plate of meat/cheese, juice, bread. Room was light and bright. Comfortable beds. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it
The apartment is placed in Kvarner bay, so it has a beautiful view to the bay.
The accommodation is quite well equiped, comfortable, and decorative, and Dolores and his husband are very kind hosts!
It is close to the beautiful Opatija, and Rovinj and Pula are not so far for a one day trip as well.
The location is perfect, right at the beach. The beach is made for people with little children and people who aren't great swimmers. The water is very clean. The hotel staff is nice and relaxed. The food in the restaurant is quite good. It's a great walk to Lovran and Opatija via Lungomare.
Everything was perfect: the location(< 5 min walking distance to the beach), the cleanliness, the equipment (falimy Branko prepared everything that we might need) and especially the host (very friendly and nice).
I would definitely book again if I visit Opatija next time.
The room had a normal size with a large bed,. Everything was clean. We had a beautiful view to the sea. The room also offered AC, a fridge and a kettle. The hotel had a large private parking as well.
There was also a shared terrace with an extremely nice view.
The small, but well-equipped and newly renovated apartment is really close to Icici Beach and the famous Lungomare, it is ideal for couples. The host was very kind and helpful. Car parking is arranged at a nearby camping site.
Amazing location, really comfortable beds. The breakfast was buffet style with lots of choices. You could find small romantic beaches, locations near the hotel if you did not like the beach in front of the hotel.

But it's time to update the rooms, the furniture is old, the bedding is old.
I liked the Sea view room with balcony, just a short step out of the hotel and right into calm ocean in the early mornings. Evenings are quite lively with the popular fast food joint next door.
All what you need for a summer holiday was there apart from a microwave. The terrace we had with beach chairs was amazing! A 5 minute walk to Ičići beach.
Hotel is close to the beach (indeed the sea is only a few meters away), and the breakfast was very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.
