Small community with everything you need, close to beautiful Omis and 30-40 min from the big city of Split and the Airport. We rented a car at the airport and it worked very well. Traffic congestion on either directions at certain times.
The Bava bar at the beach has great pizza, there is a little stand that sells fried potatoes, pancakes and corn right on the beach. In the center of Dugi rat you find two supermarkets and a farmacy and other facilities. On the street where the Church is you can find the charming Kadic konoba which is spectacular with great wines and olive oil!
This is a superb apartment, more boutique hotel than the usual apartments along the Makarska Riviera. The apartment itself is new, really comfortable with everything provided. I really enjoyed walking to the little beaches, which are all linked as far as Dugi Rat. And best of all is the helpful host, who went way out of his way to help me with transport. I really enjoyed 2 days in Aurelia's apartment. Everything is brand new, equiped with all you need. Apartment is spacious and very stylish. The bed is so comfort like in 5* hotel. Everything is nice but the terrace is absolutely amazing. Very big with plenty of sun during the day. Beautiful beach is just 3 min by walk.

The pictures correspond to reality, property is located across the road from the main beach area, with supermarket and bakery conveniently located in front part of the property. Property in excellent condition, host very friendly and receptive to requests. Dugi Rat is a small town next to Omis, with good public transport along the cost.
Nice location, close to the beach. Appartmant clean, nice furniture, parking, wonderfull view on mountains, very nice owners. Everything was fine, we were this summer (2 families, 8 persons). We liked it very much. Dugi Rat is a lovely place.
Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment that fit my family of 5. Very clean and not far from the beach, Dugi Rat. The Host Family was amazing. Super nice and friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Croatia.
