If you want a remote village experience with not many people around and a nearby river to go and relax at, this is the place for that. The property is very well maintained and includes all the required amenities including a kitchen/dining area. The house has a very rustic authentic feel to it and the hosts are wonderful people, they gave a lovely Christmas lunch and offered dinner as well, along with lots of cookies. It was a beautiful experience staying here.

Nice country inn with a most friendly host! A quiet, out-of-the way sub-Alpine refuge with ample opportunity for hiking and quiet, scenic walks.
Friendly, helpful people but limited facilities for travellers. (Clean restrooms in town hall available near small coffee/beverage bar with WiFi and an English-speaking staff.) I'll go back!
