Now about the hotel, we had all inclusive food, it is very good it is something like home made food. Our feeling was like we stay home sweet home. What I apreciate is the clening team, they clean every day, they change the towells every day, for clening I give 10 plus.
We used Vrontou as a base to explore the Mount Olympus area.
We used Vrontou as a base to explore the Mount Olympus area. The quite extensive Greek/Roman ruins at Dion are worth a visit. The greatest variety of restaurants are at Litochoro which is about a 20 minute drive from Vrontou. This is also where the start of the climb up Mount Olympus. To reach the summit requires an over night stay but you climb part way on a day trip.
