Everything was good. First of all, very nice and helpful host. As for the apartment, it is very good equipped, nothing is missing even for a long period of time. The area is quiet and safe. Great private parking. The beach is a 5-minute away by car. You can buy great homemade olive oil. We will definitely come to you again, but for a longer time.

Villa Melisti is exactly what I wanted. I was already here twice and will come back again. 10/10 rating from me. Location is perfect, near maintown Lefkas just and few kilometars away from most beautiful beaches on a west side of the island. House is located next to the main road that leads to popular beaches like Kathisma, Egremni, Porto Katski. Property has large private parking space with sun shade to protect the car from sun heat, outside there is a nice beach-style bar with with all sorts of drinks available to start and finish your day. Next to the property across the road there are minimarkets, tavernas, bakery and pharmacy stores. Room was cleaned everyday and provided with new clean towels. Bed was also really comfy. They have everything a person could need during vacation.

The village itself is friendly and welcoming. Everyone I interacted with was warm and kind. It’s a village so I wasn’t expecting lots of shops but there is enough for your basic needs - 2 great restaurants, a store for provisions and a bakery.
Having a car is preferable as it’s about 7kms to Lefkada Town however, I spent most of my time at my villa. The days I went to town I got a taxi and then walked to the beach from there.

Tsoukalades is the perfect location for exploring the island...
Tsoukalades is the perfect location for exploring the island. It is a small and quiet town and the house has everything you need so it's perfect for family gatherings or groups of friends, but probably not the best choice if you want nightlife when you walk out your front door. On the northwest side of the island, it is convenient to Lefkada town (10 minute drive) and close to the main ring road so you can get even to the farthest points south within about 30-45 minutes. We were at the waterfalls in Nydri (middle of east side) in about a half hour, Vasiliki in the south in about a half hour, and Porto Katsiki - close to Vasiliki but a little further south and off the beaten track - in about 45 minutes. There are many beautiful beaches just a little south of Tsoukalades if even 30-45 minutes seems far for you.

The property is located between Olives orchid with high view of the sea.
There are several apartments in different sizes and with 2 pools with a view to the Aegean sea.
It is a 3 minutes drive from Tsoukaladhes town which also has a couple of restaurants & bakeries and it is around 15 minutes drive from Lefkada town.
In addition, there 2 beautiful beaches (Pefkoulia beach & Agios Nikitas) which are 10-15 drive which makes the property location very good.
The only small disadvantage is that there is no proper supermarket in town to by more than the basic things and there is a need to drive to Lefkeda.

The village is quite, small and offer privace. There are two bakeries and two markets. The nearest bach is Pefkoulia Beach, located at 5 minutes by car.
Near Tsoukaladhes is a verry nice village, named Agios Nikitas, with many tavernes near the sea. We recomand Nikitas Taverna for the good food and the proper prices.

Excellent accommodation for the low cost (we stayed in November). The weather was perfect and the beaches were empty!! The sea was chilly but definitely swimmable, and we had whole beaches to ourselves. Perfect!

It is a great place to stay if you want to visit the vest...
It is a great place to stay if you want to visit the vest coast of Lefkada. Its not big but have atleast 4 taverns some minimarkets, pharmacies, bakerys and bus station so if you dont have car you can go whit the bus. it is not to crowded and fair prices

Overall, our experience was unforgettable, thanks to the combination of stunning views, Olga's outstanding assistance, and the hotel's prime beach proximity. Highly recommended!
The service provided by the hotel is awesome. They can help you with finding buses to beaches. Even recommendation where Covid test can be taken. Communication with the hotel is really excellent as they are very helpful and flexible with your possible questions/problems. Restaurants and markets at hand. The hotel is nice, cozy and perfectly clean. I recommend anyone staying there when exploring beauties of Lefkada island ;)
This beautiful hotel was very nice and clean with private parking and I loved that the property was only 10 minutes away from downtown and 10 minutes to great beaches. So nice having a couple of restaurants, coffee shop, and little market just within steps of the hotel. Petro the owner is very charming and full of character. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located in a beautiful quite area nearby to all points of interest of Lefkada . Personnel was very nice, friendly and polite expressing a pure interest for the guests and willing to help in every request we had .The price was value for money .
We were received by very nice people from hotel. The appartement was beautiful, well equipped, very comfy beds, two beautiful terraces for morning and afternoon sun, see and pool view. Everything was better than we could have imagined.
