Though we were upgraded to a sea view room (we are returning guests) the room was VERY small and door of bathroom didn't close properly. Upon checkout the staff member said "yes we know"...

I did not like anything about this hotel. I felt like i was staying in a motel instead an hotel. Rooms were not comfortable at all. Cleanliness was bad. Just rough.

Excellent location on 1866 Square in the center of Chania, yet only 5 mins walk to the Old Town's excellent tavernas and Harbour. Stayed at the Arkadi many times over the past 25 years, and will return!!

Room is very cozy and clean, comfortable bed, big balcony with a beautiful of pool and sea view. Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are perfect with many selections of foods. The hotel is very stylish with all the stone
The location is perfect - very close to harbour. Even though there was no parking, Sifaka street is very close, so you can pull up literally like 10m from the hotel.
The staff is very helpful and professional
