Sivota is a relaxed, but upmarket town.
Sivota is a relaxed, but upmarket town. Lots of boats coming to the marina, lots of nice hotels, and great beaches. A good selection of restaurants and bars, and shops. I would recommend to couples, families who like watersports, friends.

Sivota and the surrounding area constitute a concealed treasure within Epiros. Abundantly verdant, characterized by rolling hills, secret coves, and a mix of small to mid-sized beaches, it is an ideal destination for both sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation.

It is a sweet little town.
It is a sweet little town. We enjoyed to walk early morning in port, to have a breakfast, and take the dinner at night. There are some perfect restaurants in port. There were lots of beaches around the town, and a port not to far to travel to Kerkyra by car.

We have visited Sivota several times.
We have visited Sivota several times. It's a great choice if you want a small, quiet and very beautiful place. In June and September it's not crowded like Rhodes and Crete. You might need a car if you want to go on sightseeing outside the town - e.g. the wonderful coastal town Parga, Corfu is only 1½ hour away, or you can find Archeon River further up in the valley. A car is also valid if you don't want to climb the steep roads up from the city centre. There are plenty of restaurants in the town and at the harbour front - no gourmet here, but still acceptable. Our favourite is Blue Coast and afterwards Bamboo Place for a couple of ouzos or cocktails.

WE are arriving to Sivota already for the 8-9th time and we love it. Now after 3 years (COVID) we traveled also / again with our Kids and the nice thing is, Some of the good places, are recognizing us, the kids (they being with us from their Babytime)
Regardless that it has grown as all Sea Destinations, many new hotels open, and it has become fuller.
People are nice, regardless the stress to serve, but Food and Quality makes us coming back next years. Even if we might buy a flat.
Remarkable attention to detail, exceptional level of cleanliness and designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, the suite was a delight to stay in. Beautiful view of the surrounding hills, the town and Syvota bay. There was nothing missing, the manager and his immediate family were wonderful to interact with, prompt with attending to any request, provided ample info about the area (beaches, restaurants, sights), extremely kind and hospitable. Cannot say enough about the people and the units. Would gladly book again at this complex.
Greece for itself is beautiful. But having a stay at Costa Smeralda was a fantastic experience not only for the beauty, but specially for the courtesy of the team. Everyone is very kind and everything you might need they will try their best to make it. And they did for our family. We had a very special vacations. You see and feel their love in everything they do to provide an unforgettable time there. Thank you Irini and all your team. Best regards,, Aline & Brian
The location is perfect a little further from the very crowded popular Syvota beaches. But still great! Breakfast was good in general and we had a great experience with our dinner meals. Personnel was friendly and went beyond the time schedule to offer us dinner the first night that we arrived after the usual dinner serving time.
The room was spacious with nice view, we were told that we had an upgrade for our stay. The pool was quiet and nice to relax.
The view was amazing. Just sit and watch it and add some more years to expected lifespan :)
Everything was brand new in the kitchen.
The beds are comfy.
The room was big enough.
The people were quite helpfull and nice.
They let our cat in the room earlier and kept her in a hot day.
Parking area is big enough for everyone staying in the hotel.
The stunning beaches are so close.
We spent 4 days at Captain Mikes‘s Villa and had the best time! The house is lovely, the garden is just wonderful and the location is also stunning - a cute beach is just a 5 minutes walk away and you can easily reach syvota to visit a couple of small beautiful islands. Stavros always answered us right away and was very helpful. We were really happy to stay there :)
Great studio, within the walking distance from some of the best beaches, very clean and spacious. The owner Emanuela was there for our every need. The wi-fi worked perfectly, very unusual for Greek conditions. There were enough parking for all the guests around the hotel. We had the perfect time.
1) Swimming pool was amazingly clean and the sun beds were extremely comfortable for an afternoon nap.
2) The location was amazing and just 300m away from the beach. Perfect for a family or a couple.
3) internet (WiFi) was really reliable and available all around the property
it is a quiet small facility run by the owners who are great hosts.
The property is in walking distance from the lovely beach Mega Ammos
Despite not a hotel, rooms were cleaned on a daily basis
The property is surrounded by trees and flowers, in a greater green environment
The house was very clean and spacious, relatively close to the beach by foot, there were a lot of stores and bakeries near by.
If you took the car you had access to more than 10+ beaches by driving less than 10 km in each direction.
The hosts were very helpful and friendly.
Superb location right on one of the beaches with the best water near Syvota (Only 1000 from Syvota). We hat the large maisonette with 2 bathrooms and another toilet. Climate and window nets everywhere. The beach is like private, visited by few people.
Beautiful modern hotel, lovely rooms, clean, staff were wonderful. The view is beautiful overlooking the water.
The beach directly infront of the hotel is beautiful to swim I’m and the service to the beach by the hotel is also fantastic.

It was very clean, the owner was very friendly and gave us very useful informations about the beaches and Syvota. Maid was also very kind and cleaned the room every day. Location was perfect and has big parking place.
Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff.
Exceptionally clean respecting all COVID-19 measures. In front of the hotel there is the Agia Paraskevi beach , one of the best in the area. A bit little expensive though.
The rooms are very comfortable and brand new! Central airconditioning was a very pleasant surprise! Daily cleaning, very friendly staff and walking distance from the center of Syvota!
