The maisonettes "Nina & Tomas" are luxurious furnished maisonettes of 70 m² located in a residential complex. Each of mesonette consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen, two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, two toilets with shower cabin, a 20 sq. m. garage and a spacious veranda with a unique view of the port of Sivota. Our places is ideal for couples, business travellers and families (with children). The luxurious maisonettes "Nina & Tomas" consist of two floors and can accommodate up to 4-5 persons. On the ground floor there is a private garage for at least two cars and a secondary entrance to the apartment. On the first floor there is the living room with a TV and a sofa that can be easily converted into a comfortable double bed for the children. In the same area there is a fully equipped kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and all cooking utensils as well as a bathroom with shower cabin. In addition, in the same area an internal staircase leads to the second floor where there are two bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower cabin. In one bedroom there is a double bed with a large wardrobe and a spacious balcony, whereas in the second bedroom there is a double bed with a smaller wardrobe and a balcony that offers guests a access a unique view of the port of Sivota. From the main entrance of each maisonette there is access to a spacious veranda.

Our mesonettes are located five hundred meters away from the center of the village and the shops and one kilometer away from the central square and the beautiful picturesque marina of Sivota. They are one to three kilometers away from bustling beaches such as Bella Vraka, Mega Ammos, DEI, Agia Paraskevi, Gallikos Molos, Mikri Ammos, Zavia, Zeri, where the guest can have access either by car or on foot to some of them. During the tourist season if the guest wants to spend moments of peace and relaxation with their family or their friends away from the crowds, they can rent a boat from the marina of Sivota and visit exotic beaches. Some days of the week during the tourist season, sea-taxis carry out day-tripper cruises from the village's marina to the Ionian islands of the Ionian Sea such as Paxos, Antipaxos, Lefkada and Corfu. In addition, Sivota can be a starting point for road trips to various parts of Northwestern Epirus, such as Parga, Plataria, Igoumenitsa, Glyki, Ioannina, Zagorochoria, Metsovo and abroad as the neighbouring country of Albania is only 60 km away. For guests who want a little more action and adventure, destinations that raise the adrenaline are kayaking on Aoos river, rafting on Voidomatis and Arachthos rivers, horseback riding and river trekking at the sources of Acheron and trekking in the Vikos Gorge. For those who want to know more about the culture and tradition of Northwestern Epirus, since Epirus is a place with an incredibly rich history, the archaeological site of Dodoni with the famous ancient theatre, ancient Nikopolis near Preveza, the famous in the ancient world Nekromanteion Efyra, the Byzantine Museum of Itz Kale in the castle of Ioannina and as well as, the eight monasteries built in the Byzantine and post-Byzantine period on the islet of lake Pamvotida are nice destinations.
