I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Despite the fact that I was the last and only guest before the season closed, I felt cared for by the wonderful owner of the hotel. He did everything to make my stay comfortable. He asked if everything was okay, how he could help, and also treated me to delicious snacks, sweets and fruits. He also helped me find shoes for safe swimming in the sea. The location of the hotel is wonderful, close to the center and the embankment. If possible, I will come again.

Parthenon is a lovely little hillside village with wonderful hiking trails and a pretty 15 minute drive to N. Marmaras, a pleasant seaside town with all you need for your holiday. A car is really necessary to get to Parthenon and tour Sithonia.

We had a great stay: Tanja and Ioannis are very nice and helpful hosts. The rooms are spacy and comfortable with a balcony and a great view. Tanja prepares an excellent breakfast and there is all you need for a relaxing and comfortable holidays.

Friendly and special host, views, close to nature and tranquil, safe, welcoming, the best! Liked Paul’s very close by, also Parthenenas, beaches wonderful and not crowded; sea wonderful ; bring mosquito repellent in summer; delicious breakfast made by Danai -a veritable baker and cook!
Our stay at the guest house in September 2021 was absolutely amazing and one of our highlights during our travels on Sithonia. Tanja, the host, took such good care of us, especially when I was suffering from a stomach flue that I had caught earlier on. The breakfast was very tasty and made with love. The location is stunning with gorgeous views over the countryside. There is a nice taverna (Paul's) in walking distance. We could not have wished for a better place to stay for our last night in Greece!

It is pleasant and relaxing to stay a few days in this traditional Greek location (from the decoration of the clean rooms to the delicious breakfast, prepared and arranged with a lot of heart and love by Tania's mother and Giannis' wife)! The hosts welcomed us with great warmth and politeness, they gave us all the information we needed, the stories about village Parthenonas, even the stories about greek food and cookies!

a very clean stone greek cosy hose in the middle of olives trees, 10 min walking to To steki tou Meniou tavern where Mama Mia movie is present there 😁 in the beautiful little old village Parthenonas and 15 min driving to virgin beaches.
the terrace of the viila is on top of the see with a sun set that you will not forget it together with the sound of cycads exceed expectation.

Thea Studios are a lovely set of apartments located in the forested hill city of Parthenonas with a splendid view of the sea. The studio was very clean and the linens and beds very comfortable. Elena and her mother, Cristina, are very kind and brought us treats during our stay. The swimming pool is a real plus and is also very clean. The terrace overlooking the sea, olive groves, and pool is huge.
The place is in the center of a very beautiful settlement (Parthenonas), with convenient parking right in front. The area is really pretty and we did some hiking as well. The apartments were clean with nice view. Tania and Stelios were very helpful, we had an amazing homemade breakfast which was different for each day. If I'm visiting again Sithonia that's definitely the place I will choose again.
For us this was the perfect place to stay. It was much better than staying at a hotel directly at the seaside. It was great sleeping without the need to turn airco. We had a perfect view. The room was amazing. We like the quietness of Parthenonas, and still there a few restaurants around. Breakfast that is offered at the hotel is also great. The hosts are so kind. We definitely like to go back.
