Thea studios are in the traditional village of Parthenon in Sithonia Halikidiki with a great view from the balcony to the sea. The spacious,elegant and luxurious studios of a minimal design constitutes the ideal scenary of your holidays surrounded by a gentle and discreet service. The studios have independent entrances and welcomes you to their warm interiors perfectly set up for two to four visitors. The studios provide you a comfortable double bed eco friendly by COCO=MAt, a mini equipped kithenette with nespresso machine, a lovely sitting area which can host two more visitors and a cozy bathroom. Each of the studioe have a private balcony with comfy furniture to relax reading a book or enjoyng a glass of wine accompanied by the breathtaking view to Toroneos bay,Kelyfos island and the penisula of Kassandra. In the swimming pool area there are comfortable sunbeds and umbrella where you can spend your moments gazing out the infinite horizon.
The traditional settlement of Parthenonas is built at 350 meters from sea level on the slopes of Mount Itamos and it is 5 kilometers away from the cosmopolitan town of N.Marmaras. Its houses are fully renovated according to the typical Macedonian architectural style. The owners gave all their attention and love to create two studios for you modern holidays. Relax in an elegant environment with boutique atmosphere you can enjoy the natural beauty, of the landscape and the excellent seaview The magnificent view of Toroneos bay, the small island of Kelyfos, the peninsula of Kassandra and the distance to Mount Olympus create an unforgettable experience for the visitor. The sunset that emerges behind Olympus and Kissavos leaving behind its purple shades is the perfect setting after a long day on the beach or on the mountain after hiking.
Across the coastline you can find beautiful and plenty of beaches. These are some suggestions around the second leg of Sithonia. • Akti – Coast Kalogria/ Koviou A beautiful sandy beach organized with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a small island 200 meters from the shore if you are a good swimmer you can approach it.Next to beach Kalogria is beach Koviou. Whenever you go you will have a great time. You will find it 14th kilometers from Marmara. • Akti- Coast Spathies It is a small beach 12 kilometers from Marmara not organized you will need to have some equipment with you. On the beach you will find sand and rocks, the sea is clear and it is an excellent place to swim. • Porto Karras Resort This resort has many bars and restaurants that you can enjoy. It has organized beaches located to a great place. The sea is beautiful and very clear. In order to enter the resort you have to pay. • Beach Vourvourou Blue-green waters, clean sandy beaches, green scenery make up a picture of a perfect beauty. You can rent a boat and have a visit to the magnificent small islands around Vourvourou and you will be impressed from the beauty and the perfect water. It is 45-50 minutes.
